I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a simply grab bar to be installed for a bathroom. It arrived without hardware and installation instructions. We returned it a month later after futile efforts to find our own appropriate hardware. Paid to ship it back per instructions after speaking with the company directly and they refused to credit back any of it saying we returned it without the hardware, which of course we had never received in the first place. Extremely frustrating! Note: If there was a way to post this without 1 star I would do it.

Dont know about quality, but this place should not be called a hardware store. It does not sell as an ace, or other similar stores do. It only sells large ordered items as toilets, sinks, and other items as such. You cant buy nuts as bolts, or other hardware there. I drove 2.8 miles to this 0lace to find this out. This is why 1 star.
