We are becoming regular customers of our local Ace Hardware in Riverview, FL. Each time we are greeted with everyone asking if there was something we need to find, or help with anything. In the 60s & 70s there werent so many big box stores taking away from our local/smaller stores and store personnel were driven to sell items about which they have no knowledge just to try to keep us as the stores became mega stores. Personal Service went away as the box stores took over various markets. Customer service at Ace Hardware is the best you can find at any retail establishment, along with the knowledgeable, caring, friendly staff. Happy New Year!

Best hardware store Ive personally ever been to. Not that they have superior products or the cheapest prices around. But something I value more, exceptional customer service. Everyone Ive ever come into contact with at this store is very helpful, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and polite to talk to. Five stars for Howell, this guy has helped me almost every time Ive visited the store to get odds and ends for various projects, and he knows his stuff. Thanks Howell, keep it up. Youre awesome.

You can tell everyone that works here cares about customers and is happy to help. If you are not sure about any area of hardware, they can teach you or help you learn more. We buy our Dog food, BBQs, Coolers, paint supplies and plumbing items here. First class customer service. We are lucky to have a business like this in our community.

I ordered 2 cans of TC-11 protectant spray from the owner Tim and was supposed to get a call when the items arrived at the store for pick up. However, I did not receive a call and I was told they only had 1 can available. I am disappointed they did not have my order when promised. Hopefully they will make it up to me in a reward etc.

Ran in to grab a tool I needed really quick. Didnt check the time before we got there and they had already closed. Lucky for us, Joe was forgiving and helped us out. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. I have been a fan of ACE for a long time and will continue to shop there for years to come.

My regular ACE. I avoid the bigger stores. I love the friendly service and atmosphere. Always greeted by a smile. This ACe is much larger than most and can order most things that you may need if they are not in stock. I love the place. Great place just to browse.

Went to get a gallon of roundup. Ended up being one price on their website, one price on the shelf, and one price when I got rang up. Guy said there was nothing he could do about it. Ill go back to lowes.
