So normally i wouldnt write a review, but i feel the recent service Ive been experiencing has really gone down hill. Their produce has been going bad in a day, when you call about it, its now my fault as a consumer for not checking my food. First of all, i sit there looking for produce that isnt already bad and try to pick the best. Secondly, i go home and put in the fridge. Then, the next day i have big fuzzy mold on my items. Thats not that big of a deal as i get, not everything can be helped. However, the lack of courtesy, and helpfulness is beyond me. To say, "well i dont know what to tell you, maybe check your food next time you Shop" is not necessary. Again, normally i wouldnt care but things have just been adding up.

Overall employees are friendly but prices are very high as in all Jewels. The worst thing is they removed the self checkouts! Im aware many dont like self check outs because they eliminate jobs but then they need to have staff scheduled to man the "express lanes"! Ive waited in lines 5/6 people deep with only 1 "express lane" open and it seems as though the service desk people have enough to do as it is and arent available to help much. These are a joke - I no longer run in for that 1 or 2 items because it takes too long - I prefer to do without

Couldnt find a couple items when shopping during the chaos right before NYE. Staff very friendly and helped direct me to the temporary locations of my items, and even saw that I was buying booze and called ahead to make sure there was a manager ready to take my ID at the register.

If you were thinking of switching pharmacies, now would be a good time to leave Osco. Their new computer system is a total disaster. Pickup refill scheduled for 3 hours ago still stuck in limbo. I cant say where to go but it isnt Osco.

Never have the items I need in stock. Food on shelves past the " buy/ use before date." Rude workers who dont know where items are located. I asked 5 people where raisins were located before I found them.

Great people, good deals, and always fresh, good looking food. But dont use the bathroom here. Very dark, dirty and grungy. Reeks like urine and theres no paper. But I guess thats not a HUGE deal....

Low quality products for jacked up prices. Also dont bothering going after 10 pm. Doors are locked at both ends even though theyre open until midnight.

The hours say they are open till 12am but is 10pm and all the doors are locked. Its not a holiday they are just closed early for no reason.

Clean store, good selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Produce department is very nice. Terrible selection of grass fed meat.
