The clerks are dismissive and the prices are more expensive than Crystal Lake. The only redeeming quality of this Jewel is the pharmacy. Very helpful. After being regularily treated poorly, we now shop in Crystal Lake. We travel an extra 10 minutes but the service is worth the time.

Everything, for the most part, is easy to find. And if its not, the staff is quick to help remedy the problem. Its refreshing to see so many young employees taking their jobs seriously and being present while theyre on the clock.

Four workers in the deli department, one customer being waited on and the others ignoring me as they washwd dishes and unpacked. 10 minutes later I was waited on. Fox river grove Jewel is the place to go. Cary service is horrible.

While it is usually very expensive they have really good sales. We go there most weekends for the sales and save a lot compared to other similar stores. The employees are friendly and the store is kept up well.
