Emailed them on Friday. They were closed for Memorial Day weekend, so I didnt expect to hear back from them until Tuesday. Today is Wednesday, and I still havent received a reply to my email. Called them. Phone rang for ten minutes, then someone hurriedly answered and said shed have to put me on hold. I was on hold for twenty minutes before I just gave up. The reason I was calling? No gift certificates for sale on the bookstore website for graduation presents, etc. Ill just send an Amazon gift card, from what Ive read, books are cheaper there anyway.

Courteous, professional, and eager to go the extra mile the staff at TSU bookstore are the finest to deal with. I base this opinion on my dealings at other institutions where hassle and last minute panic are the norm. Thank you TSU staff, yall ROCK. Eat em up cats!
