Visited the Brick NJ location 3 times within 2 weeks recently to shop for Washer, Dryer, and Freezer. Each time the prices on every appliance we looked at were higher and did not match the PC Richards online price thus the 3-star rating - seemed dodgy. Two salespeople blamed others for "playing with" the tags which are removable and fit into plastic slots. On all three appliances we were considering? Hmm. Make sure you price check while youre in the store. Other than that, the salespeople are pleasant and seem knowledgeable. Found that with any appliance purchase, best to rate and compare online before you buy. We did buy all three appliances at the Brick PC Richards because past experience with the company at another location had not disappointed. Just beware of the price tags here. Amended review: The night I posted the above review, I received a call from an assistant store manager followed the next day by a call from Jason the store manager. Both apologized for the experience and said the issue re the price tags would be addressed. Jason further assisted us with additional information and photos for the installation of the washer/dryer. In addition, he credited my AMEX card with a price adjustment as per their price guarantee. So it remains to be seen if the price tag situation will be corrected, but Jason did go above and beyond in customer service. I have since raised my review from 3 to 4 stars.
have bought numerous appliances from PC Richards Eatontown NJ store with wonderful results. So when we wanted to purchase a washer and dryer as a house warming gift for our daughter we shopped again at PC Richards, but because she moved to Bricktown NJ we used that store. The buying experience was uneventful because we knew what we wanted. The appliances were to be delivered December 28 and installed by PC Richards. The delivery was to be between 1 and 5pm. They didnt arrive until 6:30pm and refused to install saying the hook ups were old. This was and excuse because the installation was easily done by the home owner. It was late and the delivery men just wanted to end the day. I called the store manager Wayne who was no help. Would never buy from PC Richards Bricktown location again! I changed from one star to five after receiving a call from Store GM Jason, who apologized for the delivery experience. Our conversation showed he truly cares about his customers satisfaction and repeat business. I find this to be a rare thing today. He promised to look further into the delivery experience and I believe he will so it doesnt happen to someone else. He also told me how it should have been handled which would have avoided the whole mess. He made sure I was satisfied, and I am. I would recommend the Bricktown store to anyone do to my faith in their customer service practices.
Purchased a new Samsung washer and a pureWash system. Salesman Anthony was quick to tell me the laundry machine i had chosen was an energy star qualified one for a rebate with the state. Information that helped with the purchase. The pureWash system I was hesitant to purchase until Anthony told me about all the benefits.. He said, "you should really like this, No hot water, little to no detergent, no fabric softener, no more sorting colors from whites, and an easy install." Im on my 10-12 load of laundry and after trying all the different combinations, i can honestly say, "my clothing is just as clean as when i would use Percil."(and that stuff isnt cheap!) ...Now with a baby on the way, "Dreft laundry detergent," costs will also be eliminated. The wife and i cannot believe it how well the socks, underwear, and armpitts refreshed .. (sometimes pretreating armpits was mandatory in the past....) but now with ZERO detergent, completely refreshed. I would recommend Anthony, the PC Richard associate, to my friends and to my own mother. He was great and i really did discover a product i wouldnt initially have purchased on my own, but am happy i did.
I recently went to the tent sale and Oscar was my sales person, he was great! Very helpful and nice and it was a pleasure to work with him. What didnt impress me so much was that the lint tray was missing from my brand new purchase, I called the store and they said to come down and get one from the model they had in store...drove all the way down there and picked it up and drive home, for it not to fit and be the wrong model. I called the store back and the man I spoke to said they didnt even have the model in stock so they were unsure why I was given that lint tray. I drove back to the store and spoke to Oscar, he spoke to GM who said and I quote " we are not ordering it for her, we arent ordering anything, she can order it herself and we will discount it from her receipt". I suppose I dont have a problem with that, but the fact that I purchased a new washer and dryer with this company...drove back and forth to locate a piece that I had paid for within my new purchase....to be told I had to go order it myself...I found a little rude. I shouldnt have to chase people around for pieces to a brand new product that I just bought.
I have been a loyal customer to PC Richards for the past several years and purchased appliances, TVs, and mattresses and in every department the sales representatives are very knowledgeable and professional. What impressed me the most is how available the GM Jason is and how hands on he is and has me leaving a very satisfied customer! He is quick to pick up a phone when we have had service issues and he rectified immediately. I always recommend customers to Jason and he welcomes them to his store like he welcomes them into his home, with open arms. I would with hestitation recommend PC Richards and asking for Jason.
pc Richards is the only place I buy my appliances computers and electronics from because of employees like Jason and Wayne. These guys are more like family to me now. Ive purchased just about everything for my new home the last 18 months from them because they are knowledgeable honest and give me the best prices on everything do yourselves a favor if you need anything from grills computers tvs and appliances come to think about it even my pots pans and vacuum came from them, dont waste time anywhere else go straight here. I drive from 45 minutes away to do so!!! Thanks again guys for always taking care of me
I recently visited P. C. Richard & Son, and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of the experience. I was expecting more of a "big box" store type of feeling, but was, instead, treated in a way similar to that of a small town shop. The prices were fair, and the staff was particularly knowledgeable. I was assisted by a gentleman named Tristan, who was not only able to help me find what I needed, but he also helped me answer several important questions about it and similar products. There is no doubt in my mind that I would gladly return to this store.
Needed a TV, but wasnt sure on size and I dont know a lot about the newer TVs that are out now. Went to the PC Richards in Brick, NJ and met with salesman Pedro. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly answered every question I had. Not only was he able to find the perfect TV for me, but he gave me his cell phone number and said to text/call him with any questions or concerns. I can honestly say that is the first time a salesman went that far out of his way to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend seeing Pedro if you visit this PC Richards location.
