Coming from someone who works at staples, and has at many positions in many stores, let me educate you guys a little bit. Lets say a customer drops of a big job which includes 1,000 front and back copies. They want those copies turned into a book, using comb binding and laminating the covers. They have to have this job done in 3 days. You come to the counter thinking your 5 copies should take priority because it doesnt take long. Multiply that by all the other people with the same thought process. Is that big expensive job going to get done on time if they keep stopping? Probably not. Theyre not machines. If youre asked to use self serve, use it. If you get rude with them, they may already have a headache from the 5 people before you who were rude to them. I stand for anyone who works in retail when i say were human, and can only take/do so much. Also, being understanding and polite goes a LONG way.

These people are the absolute worst Ive never been to a staples were Im sitting in house for four copies and they tell me I have to wait for the next day. I explained that I needed it for my business and I needed it asap. They were doing orders for people that are not even there they still told me they cant help me. How long does it take to make a copy. Like seriously the manager even told me theres nothing he could do for me. They just lost a customer. I would never go back to the brick town nj staples the just plain out suck at there jobs.

this copy center has LOST staples ANOTHER customer for LIFE. emailed TWO 8× 11 sheets to be printed and laminated at 12p....stopped in at 7p and told it was never reviewed and "....at this point they will be ready TOMORROW AFTERNOON..." expressed my concern w/ manager- he could care less GOOD BYE STAPLES...i hope this helps some else simply go to Bordens or All Point Printing in Point Pleasant where the CUSTOMER COUNTS

Printing department with the WORST service! This store needs to replace the 2 young ladies that work there, as they are in no way helpful. It was more of a chore for them and the order came out wrong! Do yourself a favor and go across the street to FedEx to have your printing needs met with a smile and competence!

worst copy center those ladies there are always backed up. I have been there in 3 diff. occasions and every time is the same thing we are backed up mean while one is doing her nails other playing on the phone and one working as slow as she can possibly do it. WORST PLACE they need training.

Well stocked store, except for the items you need when you need them. Some of the associates, should take customer service classes to chill their attitudes. I always manage to get someone pissy when I need assistance.
