Every time I go here, its a total waste of time. I always end up finding somewhere else to get what I need. They have zero customer service. Theres never any employees around to help you find things. One time, an employee even told me that she cant help me because its not her department, as if its such a large store. Their print machines are not user friendly at all, but the employees wont help you either. They just tell you to go use the machine yourself. Theres basically no point in even trying, just go somewhere else to begin with.

Went there to get an office chair; they didnt have it in stock and had to have it delivered. Four days later I call and they said that it was never shipped and it had to be redelivered. The next day I get a call from Bank of America in Eatontown saying that it was delivered there by mistake. The staff isnt rude but theyre not particularly helpful. Im still waiting for my chair, if you can go anywhere else Id recommend it over this.

20 minutes on hold. Nobody answers the phone, so had to go in person to ask about scanning a 13 x 11 document into a PDF. Guy in print shop said yes they could. Returned the next day with the document and was told no...scanner not large enough. Would shop here again only if employees learn to tell their asses from their elbows.

the worst customer service ever. Jay Shawn in copy and print and the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in customer service in my LIFE. He kept having attitude and rolling his eyes when I asked him his name he had the nerve to say, "Whats your name?" He should definitely not be handling customers AT ALL!

Went to the Ocean store to have some items laminated and found a very helpful associate in the print department. Michael Hines was so kind and considerate, and able to assist us immediately with our needs. He also pointed out some additional options which were extremely beneficial and cost saving. Thanks Michael!

The worst customer service. I called and was on hold for 20 min. I decided to drive to the store while on hold, walked in the store and heard the phone. No one answered or was even considering answering the phone. Short staffing was a huge part of the problem.

I wasnt too happy because both copy machines were not accepting my credit card due to some type of internal error. I could not copy or send a fax. The store is well-stocked, but they need to make sure that their machines are up and running

Copy and print center has no idea how to use their own website that thus they cannot help you send them your pictures to get printed. Worst trained staff I have ever met. Avoid this store as much as you can!!

The folks at the copy center have been absolutely fantastic; saving me hours and money! Not only that, but they were also running a sale on the one thing I needed. Love my towns Staples!
