I went in there on September 24th to buy a living room suit. Applied for financing and they said they could have it shipped to me on October 4th. Since the finance company was closed on weekends they said they would call me on that Monday. They didnt call me until September 29th to let me know I was approved and lost my order to another customer. I come in that afternoon to sign my paperwork, but it was wrong. They submitted the papers for a loan for $30 more than the total cost of my furniture. Since the paperwork was wrong they told me they would resubmit correctly and it would be ready the next day. Since I was going out of town I told them I couldnt sign the papers until October 3rd. So I comeback the day I said I would be back and nothing was changed. It paperwork was still wrong. At that point I had enough. Some guy insulted me by offering me a $30 gift certificate and said "I could buy my wife a lamp". I then said, "Do you even have a $30 lamp." They knew the finance company was closed and were trying to keep me waiting longer to figure out what to they can do. I had enough. I told them I work down the road. When you finally get this figured out you can bring me the papers. Here it is October 4th at 3:00pm, and Im sure they are not making any effort of fixing this and completely losing out on a $2700.00 sale. This is very unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend buying furniture from this location.

We went to Woodstock furniture outlet and brought a sectional. The sectional was pretty big and we were unsure how it would fit into our living room. Our sales associate told us that we could exchange it within 7 days if so. It was delivered and it was indeed too big. We came back to exchange it and was told that we could exhange it but due to our finance option we would not receive a refund for the price difference. That was the complete opposite than what was explained to us. Their excuse for not honoring the refund request, was that the girl that conducted the transaction was new (which is not our problem). Instead of refunding the $556 that was due, they offered store credit! Like I would want to buy anything else from this overpriced store after this experience. A friend of mine wanted to come here and Im telling her and everyone I know to stay away from this place.

My boyfriend & I came to this location to look for him a chaise lounge chair. The salesman Mike immediately spoke to us & told us if we needed anything to let him know. So we keep browsing the store & one of their older female employees (couldnt catch her nametag) with short, dark blonde/light brown hair looks us in the eye & walks straight past us which was fine until we heard her approach another couple a few steps behind us saying, "You guys finding everything okay?" My boyfriend tried telling me to ignore it but we both knew she was prejudice just by that sign of action. Will NEVER be returning here again. The store has a nice set up & Mike is nice but prices are way too expensive for this just to be a Woodstock Furniture Outlet & the employees ignore you if you dont look "approachable" if you know what I mean.

Our last 3 furniture sets were from Woodstock, the store and staff are great!! Jenn, our salesperson was FANTASTIC!!! - The sub contractors that deliver is a different story. We had a truck come to our house 2x, only to forget something each time they showed up. First they delivered the Living room suite, but forgot the bed. The second time they came back (a couple hours later) they brought the bed, but forgot the adjustable base. I think they are coming back.. my brother said they just got in the truck and left... we shall see :) I called the store to check, and they were super apologetic and assured me that they would be back. Yup.. they showed back up and delivered the adjustable part of my bed at 7:30pm.. A little bump in the road, still love Woodstock Furniture Outlet!!

I ordered my furniture the told me it was in stock then called on the day of delivery and told me in was OUT of stock and would take a month to come in afterI had already paid in full for it. A month went by no call from them, I go on a Saturday to find out where and when my furniture that I had paid in full was... They were very rude!!! and promise delivery that very same week. The day before the furniture was to arrive they call me telling me a piece of my furniture would be another month to come in or I could take the one off the floor with no discount off it... Come ON guys I understand thing happen but get it together... NO customer service skills at all!!!

Absolutely the best experience ever! We visited another place first and they were no help and said honestly it would cost a fortune to deliver to you, you should shop at our location in your town. We walked out and went to Woodstok Furniture & Mattress Outlet. By spending a certain amount they offer free local delivery. Its less than 45 minutes from where we will move to. Bella was friendly and very helpful and checked on is often until we were ready to make a selection.

I purchased two of the same recliners. There was an issue with the frame of one. Woodstock gladly exchanged the chair for us. Also we had an issue with the slipcover on our brand new sofa. They ordered a second slipcover at no additional charge...no questions asked. Both locations are dedicated to no pressure customer service and sales. They have a huge selection and best of all you never see anyone slacking!

We went into the store expecting to just grab a bed frame and fell in love with the perfect bedroom suit under the budget we had set! Angela was very helpful and made us feel at home...NOT pressured. We found SOOOOO many great pieces for the rest of our house we cant wait to go back! Also, the delivery team was friendly, polite, and efficient! We highly recommend this location.

The atmosphere is great everyone is very friendly, and welcoming. The cashier bre was very easy to talk to , always smiling and checking to see if we were okay. I visited Woodstock in Hiram a couple of years ago for a bedroom set. I was so pleased with the service, price, and quality of that furniture and the friendliness of the staff that I came back when searching for a dining set. They did not disappoint. The set is very nice and Brad Lowe was very courteous. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.
