I was quoted one price by Carole whom I had spoken with on the showroom last night (last night being 4/10/2017) and had a pleasant experience she seemed knowledgeable about all furniture liquidators had to offer. Decided today (4/11/2017) I was going to to take advantage of the "sale" they were currently having and buy a bedroom suit and a kitchen table set. AFTER the sale priced savings I was going to be paying $3000+ All in all for the furniture, I even came in with the cash in one hundred dollar bills in my pocket and when I got there the price increased by $1100. Okay Im human like the rest of us reading this and mistakes happen, however if I make an $1100 mistake for a customer (I also work in retail) I am expected to make up for it promptly by some sort or fashion..... I then spoke with Caroles supposed assistant manager who would not do anything to eleviate the issue either so this was clearly a bait and switch tactic. I WAS a repeat customer and spent almost 2 grand on a couch a little over a year ago at this same location. I will not be returning and I would advise anyone reading this not to deal with people who dont keep their word....

When i walked into the store the gentleman whom always helps us out recognised us rite away and greeted us. He let us roam for a few minutes before engaging us for the sale which i apreciate.the man was very quick and presice on answering all of our questions and making any changes we wanted.the ither staff was great as well getting all of the paper work and greeting us with friendly tones. My delivery was just as nice the guys showed up with in the time frame they gave me and updates were given wile i waited. The guys worked really hard and quickly. The only thing i would change is the way delivery is set up. Id like to have seen a smaller window given on the time and a better set up such as we will be there friday from 2 to 4..instead you guys wait til the day of delivery to call and set up a time via computer which i did not care for that either and with a bigger time frame that was 1230 to 4. I would say over all i am very pleased with the service and the products i have purchased at your store so far. Thank you.

Great after sales service. My couch had arrived earlier than expected but was already broken when it was delivered. I called them up right away but they were not too sure what had happened and were not forthcoming at the beginning. So i took a video of the broken couch on my phone and went to the store and showed it to Becky in the store. Once they realized it was actually broken they swung right into it. Becky and the staff were very helpful and efficient. I did not have to do anything. She contacted their service department with all the details who got in touch with me for the replacement schedule and details. They checked on me periodically to make sure that my couch was being replaced. It took a couple of weeks for the new couch to come and get it replaced. But it was hassle free. That was really a big deal to me.

We just had to replace a rocker-recliner and Becky was very helpful to me went I went to the store alone to scope out the options. When my wife and I returned several days later, Zacharina helped us pick out the one best suited for us without hovering over us while we checked out the chairs. Paperwork was done quickly. The delivery guys were professional and arrived in the time period we were told to expect them.

Visited store on a Sunday before closing and still received excellent customer service. The staff members were friendly, courteous and patient. I told them I needed items that were in stock and to my tastes and they showed me 4 to 5 options for each room I was furnishing. The staff wasnt pushy at all they were more concerned with my satisfaction. Thank you.

I bought my couch and several other pieces of furniture here. Ill be back if I need any more furniture. Prices were fair, and most the staff were friendly and upbeat. But you can tell the place works on commission.

We were quoted the same price by two employees on some dining room chairs; when we came on the weekend to purchase the chairs they were $100 more! They wouldnt honor the quoted price...very poor customer service.
