The checkout lines always move quickly, so you can country on getting in and out. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you cant find something. They variety of products they carry is nice. However the bathrooms could use some more attention. Ew! And the store is so full that it makes me claustrophobic, theres just so many people trying to shop in isles that are full if too many displays and promotions.

The produce department is horrible. Most of there produce is half way bad already. The whole store needs to be a lot cleaner. There prices are not as good as other Krogers in Roanoke. The employees where ok when it came to be friendly. I would rather drive across town to a different Krogers then come back to this one.

This kroger constantly smells like bad fish, not sure why, no other kroger does. The customers are just as rude as staff. The only saving grace to even get 2 stars was Gavin at self check out. He was very helpful with the things we had to do before checking out.

I never see very fresh produce here, if I see any produce at all, its always slim pickings when I go. I also dont like how small the aisles are, it feels like Im maneuvering a semi truck through a small neighborhood.

Seems that there are many prices not ringing up correctly . There are never enough lines open for people that have large orders. I spent 25 minutes this week in line waiting to get my order rang up and paid for.

Would have gave them more but they need to clean up the place. Get rid of the bums sitting out front on the items they selling, clean up the parking lot, and get rid of the rude ass employees.

Love going to this Krogers. It was great seeing the pharmacist Mark back. And Michelle the cashier is the sweetest. There could be 5 lines with no one in it,and I will still go to her line.
