Shop N Save is a nice place with great departments,great service,great prices and just overall a good experience. Everyone that works here is very friendly and engaging . All of the managers here are very good at what they do and are easy to work with. If your new to the area and want to get a perks card its really easy to do just go to the service center and they can help you get one. The only thing about working here is sometimes the big 2 day or 3 day sales can get really busy. If your working as a bagger during a big sale, I would highly suggest putting on your running shoes for carts! Also, I was happy to find out when I started here that everyone gets a break. I never got a break at my first job, so getting a break here is a nice thing. Lastly, I know that a lot of people used to really like the cafe. Well, I have good news for you. The cafe recently reopened and is open from 7AM-2PM everyday. Thanks for reading,have a nice day!

I moved to the area in March and absolutely loved shopping at this store, I no longer will. i was buying gift cards for birthday present for my nephews and bought $150 worth of Visa cards. When my fuel perks receipt didnt print the cashier directed me to customer service and told me they could tell me my balance. I was told at customer service "oh, Visa gift cards dont count sorry" and not in a very apologetic way. I asked for a manager and was told by a kid so young I was surprised he could be in charge the same thing, oh sorry they dont count toward fuel perks. I expressed my disappointment and wish to return them as I would get them at Giant Eagle where they do. Of course they do not return gift cards, ones I purchased literally 5 minutes sooner, and no one in anyway was doing anything to make me a satisfied customer. Youve lost one for good

By far, the biggest, the cleanest, and the most variety of any Shop N Save I have ever been to. I was most impressed with the enormity of selection of produce and hot food selections. A good indication of customer satisfaction is by the number of patrons who shop here. Its always busy, and there is always a line waiting to get in. This store is stiff competition for Giant Eagle Market District just up the road. I personally enjoy shopping here, and would highly recommend to a friend. By all means do visit this store. There are not too many like this one.

Probably the best grocery store in the area for the money. I dont know where people are getting that they are more expensive. Giant Eagle is way more expensive. The only way youre going to beat their prices on meat is going to Costco or Beaver Super. The produce could be a bit nicer but thats typical of all Shop n Saves. Sucks that they closed they cafe though. I ate lunch there pretty much every day. $1.99 for a freshly cooked burger! The roast beef sandwich on Thursday was really good too. Hopefully they open it back up.

I dont know what all these negative people are talking about; Shop N Save is a great place to work, so flexible its insane. Great staff, great conditions, great prices. Literally cant be beat for the area. Whole foods / Giant Eagle is a rip off and if you go there, you may as well just through your wallet in a fireplace, youll get the same experience.

Favorite store! Im new to the area and I thought shop n saves had vanished sometime in the 90s along with food lion. This one is the best Ive ever seen. They even have a sincerely delicious lunch deli. Plus if you live in the area they send the best coupons. Dont let this stores location off the main drag thru u off its def worth a stop.

This is a wonderful store. The atmosphere is pleasant with a warm feel. Good quality food and sufficient quantity of selection. Wonderful bakery items. Short checkout lines with a cashier and a bagger, so never a long wait. Its a new and clean store that is reasonably priced. Nothing bad to say. My favorite grocery store.

Great prices and great sales, we started shopping here and find everyone to be helpful and very nice to work with. The prices are a rival to Walmart and they have great parking and people who will accompany you with an umbrella in the rain and help you with your bags and cart. Very nice place to shop.

This shop and save never has long lines and workers are friendly. However, the produce is not the greatest compared to other retailers in the area and some of the prices are noticeably higher than other places. If your are looking to quickly get your shopping done, then this is the ideal place!

Very clean store, good produce and great prices on deli products. Kids love the free balloons and fun carts. I love help out to my car, and an umbrella when its raining. However, watch the labels on dairy as a lot of times there are expired products.

Inquired about a simple design for my daughters birthday and the cake decorator was all about what she COULDNT do and gave no suggestions on what she COULD do. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Good location near local highways with great pricings, fresh produce, eat in breakfast for eat in or on the go. Lovely section for flowers and chocolates for all occassions. Never had to wait in line

Most cashiers are very friendly & helpful...only problem Ive ever had was at the deli department (just like most delis) the clerk refused to cut my item for me. The manager was great!!!

Easy to get in and out quickly. Decent selection but not on a Giant Eagle level. Prepared foods are adequate but just easier and cheaper than GE.
