For a time, this Giant Eagle had stopped serving its premade subs in lieu of the introduction of a made to order sub station. I ordered one of their standard subs and decided to eat it there. After eating a few bites I noticed a few drops of red on the wax paper that they used to cover it (now acting as a shield to catch crumbs). Something in the sandwich cut my lip as I started to bleed uncontrollably. No one stop to even ask me if I was ok (all employees were either in a work daze or ignoring everyone while playing with their phones), When I finally got back to work and was patched up by our nurse I gave them a call to explain what had happened and that there might be something in one of the bins (glass or some other small sharp items) as to not make the same mistake with other customers, the response was "well, do you want your money back". Lack of concern and a ridiculous response to what was a scary situation not only for me, but for anyone else getting a made to order sub. So much for customer service - buyer beware!

If your allergic to lavender do not go within 100 yards of this place they have all this designer soap and bath salts out in the open and it smells the whole store up with the lavender smell and i wrote corporate an email and called them also, and they dont care if your allergic to lavender. i told them about how i could have my symptons of getting Rashes and dry patches of eczema are characteristics of my allergies from this type of oil related allergy as well.Runny nose and congestion of the nasal passage along with headaches and sinusitis are other symptomsi get and are uncomfortable.Indigestion and vomiting may also trouble me from the allergic conditions and severe reactions may be life threatening and result in a rapid pulse rate and low blood pressure which may lead to me ending up unconscious. So know i just dont go to this company for anything anymore ill go to the competition and know i wont have problems

Went today at 1:30 pm. The store has no regular white onions. All they had were 4 pre-pealed onions left. I asked the produce woman that works there and she said they were out. There werent even any bags of onions. So on a Sunday with a Steelers game that night and the the store is packed...this "grocery store" has no onions which are probably one of the cheapest things you can buy. Let me just tell you...I was not the only annoyed person. It was the talk of the store at both the registers and the produce section. While Im at it...anyone who goes to this GE needs to carefully look at expiration dates. I have picked up dozens of products that are either past the expiration date or dont have an expiration date. This store is a joke.

Stopped at this location to make a quick salad at the salad bar during my lunch break. Size is comparable to the one located in cranberry. Quality in general is horrible. The lettuce, cucumbers, and peppers were soggy. The dressing bottles were dirty on the outside and I got dressing on my hand while trying to make my lunch. The forks were also misplaced, and it appeared like an employee may have attempted to clean it up after perhaps a lunch rush, but then just stopped. It was not busy at the time I was in there, and it was about 1:00 pm. Next time Ill take the longer trip & go to the one in cranberry. This location is not worth your time, or the $8.50 it cost to get a soggy salad. Wont be back, and wish I wouldnt have wasted my money.

One of the worst stores Ive ever been in. Dirty, old, insanely disorganized, and the prices are bad. The isles make absolutely no sense. You can find the same product in 10 different places. The shelves are poorly done. this store needs major improvements.

Its your average giant eagle, the butchers are very friendly and have some very good specials, as well as exclusive items for the store. Its always very clean and everyone is very professional.

Completely serviceable grocery store. I just Hate the layout. I have a very hard time locating items as the categories are split into smaller aisles and dont seem to follow the overhead signs.

Corporate store, so its pretty standard, but has a wine & spirits attached with indoor access and also sells beer! Well laid out isles for the most part, almost always has everything I need.

This store is great for fresh meats and vegetables. Theres also a cafe inside with food and beer. Beer take out is also available and there is a liquor store attached to the side.

Giant Eagle is a great place for quick and moderate priced groceries. Fuel perks are a plus, but the cost of food will be higher then their competitors in many cases.

I hate when I can smell the meat section as soon as I enter a store. If they can fix that then I would give it 5 stars.
