I called as the store was opening at 7am to get help with our house that was going to settlement at 1pm. The buyers noticed that a window screen was torn and wanted it repaired! The receptionist was very kind and immediately found me the staff member who fixes screens. Although he usually only fixes them with a 1-week turnaround, he offered for me to drop the screen off and have it fixed immediately - - in time for the closing. Whats more, he had many kind words of encouragement and wisdom to get me through the house closing. Now, THATs service!

3 years ago: Equipment repair service sucks. They "lost" my chainsaw chains for 6 weeks until they found them again. My blower was there 2 weeks, getting a new spark plug and still did nit work. Returned it and they need another couple days. They dont call when ready. When you call, they dont know the status. Avoid if you can. Update April 2014: since ownership changed also the service became much much better. Today I would give them 5 stars. Pet food is great and people are very friendly and helpful.

This place is the best. Every person that works there is nice and helpful. I just moved down the road and I find myself there almost everyday. I could care less what their prices are, I will never buy anything at the big stores if they have it here, but prices seem similar. I had a problem with my chainsaw and they had it fixed next day no charge. If you buy a piece of equipment they prep it, fuel it and give you a demo on starting it and using it. You dont get that at Lowes.

great place! Customer service blows the big box stores away . Today though was an exceptionally good . I made a bone head mistake on my trimmer and walked in an hour before closing, expecting to just drop it off and see a week later. Chase told me to hang tight and he would try to fix it right now . Twenty minutes later he walks out with it fixed and even went over with me my mistake . Thank you again, you guys are the best.

The Staff was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. I was even given advice on how to complete my project properly. I visit this store weekly for all my home improvment needs and now that they have expanded the store, I can pick up my pet supplies as well.

Stihl equipment is now in the main store. The lawnmower shop left with the past management and the new Stihl equipment mechanic is great. Make sure you go there for weed trimmers, blowers and chainsaws!

Like everyone else said, avoid power equipmentsepartment. It took them a month to do a tune up on my lawn tractor. Trying to get updates from them over the phone is impossible.
