Wow. I just have to thank Mr. Alberto. I called from Gainesville, fl on a sunday when Encore was closed and well after the cutoff for same-day delivery in a last ditch effort to have flowers waiting in my wifes hotel room when she arrived for her first business trip. Though he was closed along with six other flourist in the Hamilton, NJ, area, Alberto decided to answer the phone. He listened and related to my story on a personal level and agreed to deliver my flowers himself while on a personal errand. For this i will always be grateful. I recommend Encore to anyone, for not only this willingness to go the extra mile, but for the personal investment in a customers own story that i experienced. Thank you so much for making this happen for me and i hope your business thrives for many many years. And as a side note ladies, your guy appreciates suprize flowers just as much as you do ; )
