This is the worst most miserable place. I had a horrible feeling from the minute I walked in but unfortunately fell in love with one of their puppies. First the staff is strange. They are extremely disconnected from their customers and their puppies. They disappear, they try to keep their customers away from each other so they dont chat, they are all over the place with their policies regarding pick up and deposits, and breed information. Cages were dirty, some puppies were scared which they quickly tried to cover when noticed, the place smelled, with diffusers strategically placed to mask the smell, and really in general there is just a distinct lack of compassion. We fell in love with a puppy. The salesgirl told me to leave a 500.00 deposit when I left at 7:30pm, which I could not because I did not have my credit card but told her I would call when I got home. Which I did. By 8:30 they had sold my puppy. We were so upset. The worst part was my husband tried to call and see if there was anything to be done, she told my husband she asked me to leave 100.00 deposit (which I had in my wallet) and that is what the site said was required. But she REFUSED to hold with out the 500.00 deposit., 45 minutes after we left they sold the puppy. We spent 3 hours getting to know this puppy and pick the right one. There was no apology offered, no acknowledgement of how disappointing this was for my 11 year old. We called back and offered to pay more - the client who bought our puppy was ONLINE and never saw it. I asked them to consider calling the client and just explain there was an overlap of sales. They would not. My daughter cried, I cried it was sad. I started researching them and found all the shoddy business practices, the suspicious treatment of these pups. They had another store that they had to close, the owner had a whole scandal around him several years ago, and on YELP it shows this store as being closed, probably so reviews cannot be written. The stories just never connected or made sense. I did no research prior to walking in their business and was very naive to what a dirty business this is, and they are the dirtiest of the bunch. Breeders and other stores know all about them, and just try to warn against the sick puppies they sell, and the mistreatment. I am glad I did not contribute to this companies profits, and must set an example for my daughter who witnessed and heard everything I did. But we really felt like we had lost a pet that had been with us for years after spending so much time with this pup. I finally called the manager to tell him about my experience and he really did not care. He said he would call me back but never did. PLEASE do NOT buy from them. You will find a puppy just as cute from someone who cares and appears to treat their customers and their puppies better. Rescue first, and if you must purchase a specialty dog, do not do it from them. They dont care what they do or what happens to you or their animals. If I could give it no start I would.

I bought a puppy from the teacup puppy store in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. on January 9, 2017.The puppy wasnt in the store yet due to age but less then a weel later she was in store...They did a photo shoot of her and put it up on the web site...The picture of the puppy I first saw was all completely white with no tearing stains and no other colors...When I looked at the pics they put up it didnt look aanything like the puppy I picked as it had beige coloring in the face...I emailed my sales rep Paulina with my concerns and she called me back to assure me it was the same puppy so I figured it must be...The puppy was supposed to ship to me on January 21st, but that never happened, and then again on January 28th, but that never happened...Now the puppy was paid for in full, but I couldnt get them to ship it to me...All kinds of excuses and then my sales rep Paulina began ignoring my emails and calls...I finally got customer service and she said she would take care of it for me, but I just got jerked around for another almost 2 weeks when I finally called and demanded that the puppy be on the plane by the weekend or I wasnt taking her...So 4 week after she was supposed to be here she arrived on January 11th.Now this wasnt my 1st time buying a Maltese tiny puppy, as I have one already and know how they should look especially when you are spending $1000s on a pup. Well when I ever saw her I started to cry...It was obvious that she was poorly taken care of...Poor little thing was filthy, she looked like a junk yard dog...Her face is completely and permanately stained all brown and maroon color...She was all matted...her face had snot stained all over her face stuck on, and hair had been cut away from her face, and on the back of her neck the mane was all chopped off, the groomer said cause she was so badly matted and snarled...She looked pathetic...She seems like she has a tiny face and a fat little body...I cant get her to stay in her crib because she cries for hours and hours at a time...I was and am mortified not only because all the money I spent but my heart is broken from the neglect she suffered while under their care...I also heard from a breeder I talked to that they also owned a puppy mill and send their pups down to the Florida Store...I want my money all back and for them to take the puppy back, because on top of all that a couple of my breeder friends think she may also be inbred! Please Dont buy any puppies from that place and Breeders dont sell your puppies to them they are abusive...And also dont fianance with them their lender is out ragious with interest charges and I bought it out with a master card and put the balance on Capitol one MC.

This place is terrible. All of the dogs that I bought passed away within two days of buying them. They refused to give me my money back and refused to give me credit back. I highly recommend you get ahold of other dog owners to see how their experiences were before you purchase from this store. The owners are incompetent and clearly dont care about their customers.I spent over $10,000 on dogs just to get ripped off . :::::EDIT::::: I went into the boutique again to try to get my money back or at least negotiate some sort of deal for credit with the owner who, never seemed to be there when she knew I was coming, and I found out something else even more interesting. After speaking with honestly four or five different employees, I found out one of the employees has been working there over four years and has not had a raise and still makes under minimum wage. I also came to find out that owners dont pay them on time or if ever. That would explain the standoffish and snobby attitude when you ask for help. I completely understand why the people were so rude and did not seem to get along now after I heard that. These owners might need to go back to business school because it seems to me they just came from overseas and never learned how to treat people or animals correctly. This company must have a high turnover rate of the people working here because the emplpyees really just dont know how much better off they can have it elsewhere. Good luck to anyone that buys their dogs from here, I would have the owner agree to let you take it to a outside vet who is well-known and prominent and let them make a decision before you pick up your dog They also dont pay their employees. Im reading all the reviews and they cant even pay their employees right or maintain the dogs. They have several open cases with the animal cruelty department in Broward County. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I highly recommend you take on a advice cuz Im speaking from experience and after speaking with employees they tell me that the place is horrible and they go through more employees than any company in this city. Its a revolving door. Not to mention the owners completely incompetent and her husband who also spoke with me on the phone couldnt care less about a customer
