That was one of the worst experience. I ordered the Cotton Candy flower PREMIUM as a suprise delivery to a new married couple. I paied over a 100$ CAN and the flowers came in late and it wasnt the preminum one i ordered!! I saw the picture and it was a really cheap flower bouquet. I really felt embarrased, i tried dealing with their customer service and that was an even worst experience. Its been two weeks and no one got back to me!! Be careful if your planning on ordering something from them.

I came to request a casket spray for my mom who had just passed away. I was looking for a holiday themed evergreen spray. My entire family was in awe at the beauty of this exquisite spray upon seeing it for the first time at the funeral parlor. What I ordered was the "Zen" bouquet. Very modern and oriental looking. What was sent was a regular bouquet of flowers with some bamboo sticks stuck in it. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again. Update: When they found out I wasnt happy, Flowers by Trish resent the flowers. The new arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!
