After searching for cars for weeks and visiting several dealerships, I fell in love with the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. The people at Radley were amazing and super helpful. I return for all of my service there, and with the exception of some services taking a little longer than the estimated time, I havent had any trouble. Id definitely recommend Radley to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned car. Gracie B. UPDATE: Dealership is great, everyone is very friendly, I just wish the warranty was actually useable. Airbag light came on for no reason right around 50K miles, wires were loose, warranty of course doesnt cover airbags even though it was really some faulty thing with the vehicle and not the result of any sort of use or wear and tear. Bluetooth/OnStar antennae started acting up and was replaced. Of course warranty doesnt cover that. Then the front door speaker started acting up, like it had a short. Of course the warranty covers radios and electrical, but not speakers. Such a racket. Im extremely disappointed. These are things that shouldnt be happening with a vehicle that is less than two years old. UPDATE: They thought it was a blown speaker and I paid $120 to replace it. Interesting since Ive never turned the radio up to any type of volume that would blow a speaker. Of course it did it again, so I brought it back. They found it to be some random weird issue that others have reported and ordered parts. Parts came in the following week and I brought it back Monday at 9:30 a.m. Was there until about noon when they discovered the parts had came in wrong. Reordered and brought it back Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. There until almost noon again. Parts came in wrong again. Left it there, got a rental. Called and said fixed yesterday (Wednesday) around 3 p.m. Turned rental back in and picked up my car around 4:30 p.m. as soon as I could get there from work. So far, so good. I love Radley and usually have great service, so Im willing to say this whole thing was a freak occurrence. They seemed just as confused as I was as to why the parts came in wrong twice. I dont know that other people would handle bringing in a car that many times for the same issue though.

Today was the first time I took my car there for service (2012 Corvette GS). I moved from California and the car has been in storage for several months. Yesterday I filled up with 7-11 gas and shortly after I got a CEL. My car has been supercharged by Hennessey. I also put new wheels yesterday so I need my TPMS reset. So I arrive and after letting the service department person know that, I was informed that this dealer does not work at all on vehicles with aftermarket work done on them. Months prior I came to that dealer when I initially moved here to get my vehicles information in their database. I gave all the same information and was not told at all that my vehicle would not be worked on. So after going back and forth and determining what that dealer would work on, not even a basic oil change would be done. First the service person told me that an oil change might be possible, then I asked, can you tell for sure instead of me wasting time and coming here to be told no. I guess he did not like that question since his answer promptly changed to no, this dealer cannot do an oil change on my car. My car still takes the same oil as prescribed by manufacturer (Mobil 1), still takes the same amount and it is poured and drained from the exact same places. The conversation tone definitely changed at that moment. Since I want to find out what this dealer can do to my car, it changed to sorry we cannot do anything for your car due to liability issues. I can understand the dealer not working on aftermarket components, I get that, but a basic oil change, and other components on my car that are still covered by the manufacturers warranty. So to finalize, the dealer didnt even reset my TPMS. Yes I have aftermarket wheels, but I dont see how that could not be done. Needless to say it was a very bad experience from the moment they found out I had aftermarket components, but that is information that was disclosed prior. No need to be that way, I am trying to understand what I can still perform at that dealer but they just wanted nothing with it. Now I know and when I get the new Z06, my business will go elsewhere.

I’ve never posted a negative review for any service I’ve ever received. I was taught growing up that if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. However, after calling the dealership to resolve the issues I’ve had with Radley and getting nowhere with the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever talked spoken with, here I am. I’ve had multiple issues with things being missed during services or inspections. This morning I called Radley to try and set up a meeting with the Dealership GM and when I couldn’t get through to him, left him a voicemail asking him to call me back so we could set up a meeting. About an hour later I received a call from the Service Manager. He refused to acknowledge even the thought that any of his mechanics had possibly missed anything. When I pressed him about why things were missed during both the service and state inspection that were later identified by a different shop, he responded “they’re just trying to sell you something”. He also stated that the reason my wife wasn’t informed of these things was because she declined to have the marker light, and parking brake fixed by them on 15 Dec 2016. He even went so far as to say, “if you’ll decline work that will keep your family safe, then why bother mentioning any other routine maintenance that would be needed”. When I realized that he was not going to be reasonable I thanked him for his time and ended the call.I’m hoping that posting this review will get the attention of someone at the dealership that’s willing to speak about these problems rationally, which is clearly not the Service Manager. I’ve only gone to dealerships the past few years because I trust the brand, I’ve always trusted the GM name. I’ve had guys give me a hard time, because I take my vehicles in to get the “oil changed”….I don’t take it in for the oil change, anyone can change the oil. I take them in because trained mechanics know to look for things I don’t. I think that’s the service I paid for, and in this instances listed above you can see that I paid for a service that I don’t feel I received.

i just had my first and LAST experience with radley chevrolet. my daughter and i bought a used jeep from them. the salesman boasted the whole way through the deal "its all about customer service". when we got it home i realized the drivers door lock didnt work with the key but did with the remote. so when the remote batt dies my19yr old daughter cant get in her car at all. i called the salesman to let him know about this. he said this is not acceptable we cant have her getting locked out of her car its not safe. he said he would investigate the issue come up with a fix and call me back tomorrow. its been a week and still no call. we also noticed that the third or "raised" brake light did not work.upon investigation i found this to be an LED light (it wont burn out for a long time) the problem was a bad connection in the plug. so the light clearly was not working. but radley chevrolet just did a safety inpection on it and the recipt clearly states that the inspector checked all lights and they are operating fine. kinda makes you wonder did he even check anythig on the car. or did he just slap a sticker on it !!! i will turn this issue over to the state police as they over see va safety inspections. the third issue is when it rained on11/26 it rained inside the car (flooded driver side) we pointed out some water on the dash board area upon test drive and they said the detailer did it when he cleaned the doorjams. the real problem was the sunroof drain was clogged (overflowed inside the car) it took 15 mins to fix. the door lock problem was someone took the door handle off for some reason and put it back together incorrectly this took all of 30 mins to fix.i fixed all of the issues myself as i was a mechanic for years (maybe i could school their mechanics on how to be a mechanic) any regular joe or jane would have spent hundereds on those repairs and should not have to. so at radley we did NOT experince customer service at all. ALL WE GOT WAS THE BEST LIP SERVICE IN TOWN.!!!!!!
