I have read the reviews, and happy to see this company has a lot of happy customers. I on the other hand am not one of them. Here is my story, I contacted Mega Motor Sports regarding a Camo 2005 Sportsman that did not sell at an action on Ebay. I asked a lot of questions such as; color fading, or if there was any damage to the ATV because I would be driving to pick it up from Colorado. I wanted to make sure that I had all the facts up front since it is a long drive. There were a few issues at first such as; the sales man told me it was not an EFI when clearly it said EFI on the ATV in the picture online at the auction on Ebay., so I figured no ones perfect he made a simple mistake. I gave them an offer, and they took because it was such a long drive, and they figured it would be helpful. After discussing everything we were off on a 14 hour adventure to their store in West Plains Missouri. I get there and the ATV is sitting on the dock outside over the weekend. I started checking it out, and one of the guys came out and asked what going on. I explained who I was and let him know I was there to look at it. He said "yeah not the prettiest thing but has all the power you need". I thought to myself that was stupid thing to say. To my dismay when i arrived the Camo was faded to the usual purple color due to it being stored outdoors for years. I specifically asked before I left Colorado if the Camo was faded because it looked nice and green in pictures in the Ebay auction. Looking at it in person it was faded. They also told me before I came out the wrench light was on that they went ahead and serviced for free, and all it needed was an oil change. I started the ATV and it started well. Test drove it for 10 minutes came back and turned it off. I gave it a few seconds and did a restart the machine would not start or stay running without giving it a bunch of gas, and it would die. I tried several times, but unfortunately I kept having the same problem. I said forget it after the wrench light came back on. No one at the dealership offered to resolve the issues with the ATV all they could say was sorry. They had another ATV same year and style just red and black. Drove that one around had a clicking in the front. My son and I looked under the front end and the CV boot was ripped and flapping around. On this ATV the CV joint was going out. Once again no one seemed to have any concerns, and never offered to fix either one of the ATVs real quick or even give me a credit so we could fix it. I left for the 14 hour drive back to Colorado Now for anyone that may be wanting to purchase an ATV keep in mind these guys have these ATVs listed on Ebay with a no return policy. I wonder why? They wouldnt even take a PayPal credit card payment for a deposit to hold it until we got there. They explained to me that when taking PayPal as a payment a customer can get their money back up to a year if not satisfied. The Salesman told me the owners did not want to take a risk on taking the PayPal payment. It seems that everyone that has reviewed this company on here is so happy. I find it hard to believe I am the only person that has had a problem. Maybe their new high dollar stuff works out better than used. I wouldnt blame any customer out there, if they bought this ATV off Ebay, paid for it, and had it shipped to their business , and they were extremely disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these guys used unless you inspect it in person, and do not buy it off Ebay from them without paying someone who knows what to look for first or you will get screwed. Should you choose to purchase on Ebay make sure you have a contract in writing that you can return the item. I hate to say it, but this company sucks and so does their customer service on used stuff That was a long drive; 28 hours round trip I am well educated and I asked all the right questions before taking that drive, and even I didnt see this coming. All I can say is Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I would like to give a BIG thank you to the entire team at Mega Motorsports, especially our salesman Chris Hunsucker, Travis our parts specialist, the finance team and all of the people in the shop that did a fantastic job installing all of our accessories. I have to admit, I was a TOUGH sale. I spent months online looking at different brands of side by sides, multiple calls to dealers in different areas. Trying to be the "Super Shopper". A total waste of time. I found that Mega by far had the best prices, the most helpful and knowledgeable staff of anyone I talked to. Honestly I dont know why I called anyone else in the first place. My wife and I made multiple trips to Mega, test driving units. I made several phone calls talking to Chris about the different brands and Travis about accessories trying to decide on the right fit for us. Chris didnt try and sell us something that wasnt right for us just to make a sale. Finally my wife and I "mostly my wife tired of my procrastinating" got serious about buying. We went to Mega, met with Chris. He walked us around the lot, more than once, let us drive some more units, answered all of our questions, gave us some great advice and found us the perfect ride at a great price. Chris and Travis hooked us up with everything we wanted for accessories and didnt try to sell us a bunch of stuff, we didnt need. The finance team helped us get the right payment plan and the best warranty for the lowest price. No hidden fees. We absolutely love our new Can Am Defender. Dont be like me the "Super Shopper" and waste a bunch of time and energy looking around. I think most of the team at Mega talked to us at some point, including one of the owners, answering questions, making sure we were comfortable while we waited on the process of purchasing. Once again, a BIG thank you from Mike and Michelle. Give Chris Hunsucker a call and let him and the team at Mega Motorsports help you find your perfect ride.

My Husband and I had visited previously looking at side-by-sides and ATVs several times but were "just looking". We planned on buying at a later date but hadnt totally decided on which one. Husband thought it would definitely be a Can-Am. Went in today to look, again to purchase in the future, and Chris Hunsucker greeted us. Told him what we were looking for and also told him my father was looking at a Honda. We finally agreed to test drive the Honda, a Yamaha and a Can-Am. Driving the Honda (which Husband said absolutely "NO" before driving) we were pleasantly surprised. All aspects were great. Tried the Yamaha and were disappointed, as with the Can-Am. Good products, just not what we were wanting...except the Honda. We ended up purchasing the Honda Pioneer 1000-5 and absolutely love it. Had so much fun while spending the day there. Everyone was so nice and feel that Chris and Kelly are family now. We had lots of questions and every one of them was answered, even to the point of Chris getting on the floor and checking underneath for the answer. Chris, Kelly and Luke all stayed after hours to make sure that we had everything we needed and wanted. Thanks so much for all the great business expertise, hard work and the fun. Its so nice to work with nice people. We will be back again.
