Of all the useless stuff they have, they wouldnt take my tv. Its a 1995 tv, color, good quality, the first tv my family ever owned, works perfectly. And it has a lot of significance to me. I couldnt bear to throw it out and wanted someone to have it. I called to ask of they would take it and they said yes, but when I drove out there, the girl refused to take it. I would have understood if I brought it over and they couldnt take it, but I called specifically to make sure. That tv would have been great for a family in need and its clear that it has been taken care of, even if they gave it away for free. I just took it to Salvation Army and they were sweet and asked me about it and listened to my story about its history. Other than that, the store is clean and has a lot of stuff Im just surprised that this Goodwill was so picky and honestly, kind of rude.

Usually I Love shopping here. Until today. I have a 6 Month old Baby. I had Baby in the carrier in the basket. I was shopping for pants that I desperately need as I am odd shaped and weird size after Baby/Csection. I was going to try on a few pair of pants & the woman working there re stocking the clothes told Me that Carts are not allowed in the fitting room... Wow. Really. So I have to put My Baby on the floor while I try on clothes?! I dont think so! I will not be going back to this store until THAT WOMAN GETS SOME SENSITIVITY TRAINING! Not fair because I loved this store & have spent a lot of my hard earned money here. Bumped the stars up but Im leaving this review because Im sure it still holds true.

I do my community service hours here. They dont use me well. Its so stupid. I was on probation and had to do 50 hours, this was only place around where I was living. Also happens to be an hour away from me. They had me do meaningless tasks and waste my time work. I accept responsibility for what I did to be on probation my but give me something to do that is for the betterment of the community....thus the words community service. Also the employees look like they are made to be there, like I was, at least there getting paid. It was like a god ran the place and they were scared. Prices like everything brand new. When everything, everything is donated and the owner of goodwill is super rich. .. .

I used to visit this Goodwill periodically looking for home decor and vintage purses. I have noticed that the prices have dramatically increased throughout the years. In every visit prices seemed to have gone up. They have old Coach purses for $45 when you can now buy a new one at that price. Kids brand name athletic clothing runs for about $6 when I could find it brand new for that price. I usually donate and like to support the cause but I dont think the prices are justifiable. The overhead must be expensive because its a big building but the prices are way too high considering they get it for free. The employees are very nice and helpful.

This store contains a lot of brand new household items as well as used ones, which defeats the purpose for me but makes it a one-stop shop for some people. Drive-through donations make it hassle-free to give back. The store itself doesnt smell musty at all, and is open and uncluttered. Some of it is slightly more pricey than other thrift stores, but $7 or 8 for high-quality clothing is still reasonable, and its easy to find nice clothes that arent just for kids and grandparents.

Overpriced! Pay careful attention to the prices marked on items. My favorite was a vase from TJ Maxx that was marked with the TJ Maxx price sticker of $9.99. The goodwill price was $10.27. Their "boutique" prices are retail without the option to return. Before they built this store, their prices were very fair. Now, I rarely go back. When Payless shoes are $15, walmart Garanimals are marked twice their cost, and a folding chair is $10, you might as well buy new. Sad.

Good location. The store is usually relatively clean for a GW. The aisles are tight as most GW are. The staff is friendly and helpful but the checkout lines are often long and they can be slow about bringing another checker up to alleviate the line. The prices are decent compared to other thrift stores. There is some level of product that seems to have been there a long time that they have not turned over but there are new finds each week for sure.

I have been going to this location since they opened. But there prices have went up high. I was telling my husband soon us low in come families are going to have a hard time finding clothes. I always looked forward to going to Goodwill because it would help to clothes my family of five. As me and my husband work everyday and live paychecks to paychecks. We even donate clothes and round up to the next dollar to him while checking out.

Took forever to check out. Five staff members at the front today, two on registers, three chatting, and 6 customers waiting to check out. The three chatting didnt bother to help out, the lady taking cash in our line was so worried about dropping a $10 in a safe and discussing with the customers why they had to (not able to multi-task while doing so) we finally put our stuff in the closest rack and walked out.

Clean store. They should have more registers open and a new manager, she is very rude. An item I wanted to buy had price tag on it from sears showing it was 99 cents they were trying to sell it for $5. I asked manager if could get discounted since price tag shows how much item was new at store. They told me if I wanted it that I would have to pay $5.

Dont shop here!! They do not test the electronics that come in and sell EVERYTHING AS IS!!! This mean they knowingly put things out on the shelf for people to consume knowing there is a possibility that it wont work. Now we as the consumer has paid for a broken item. They get profit.. We get screwed. Its a bunch of bull!!!!!!!!

I have found some great clothes here! I typically have to look through a lot to find something I like that is in my size, but their clothes are typically still in good condition. I always check here and at salvation army if I need a formal dress for a low price.

I enjoy thrift shopping as I like to refurbish old furniture, collect books, etc. I find this particular Goodwill to be a bit pricey, and the staff isnt as friendly in comparison to most of their other locations in the area.
