0 stars. We had a very disappointing trip today and we will never go back. We have shopped here before but today ruined it for us. We went in looking for Halloween decor and they had a big display, a lot of things were not marked but we found several things and took them to the counter. They would not sell them to us because they were not marked (why are they in the display?) We asked to speak to the Manager and the person "helping" us said she was the Manager. We offered her a good price (for the things we wanted to buy, that are donated) Not only would she not put a price on the items, she would not sell them to us at all. Very poor Management. Whoever owns this store should really train their staff better. They are selling donated items and the profits are supposed to benefit those that are less fortunate.

Went in today to have a simple recall fixed all they needed to do was reprogram the computer. Seems like there was a lot of waiting around to check in. Seems like everytime I go there theyre saying I need all these Services done that dont conform with what my owners manual says. Then when the service was done I had to sit around and wait, and wait, and wait for them to get a little bit of paperwork done so I could drive my vehicle out of there. I also didnt like the fact that I had to readjust my seat when I got my vehicle back. Why do they have to adjust my seat to drive my truck 10 feet into a bay? there were also employees in the service area just joking around with each other doing nothing but being in the way. They could take a lesson from the Toyota dealership service department down the street.

Smells really bad, very dirty and unorganized. Not even greeted as we entered. Will never go back. Much nicer ones elsewhere.

Nice little place... Good prices... Has a nice little holiday room but everything else is typical thrift store items.
