I love the selection of beautiful outdoor furniture. The umbrella I bought looks great with my existing set of furniture and Windel Westlook made the sales transaction a great experience! He promised to call me the minute my order arrived, and then did do that. Not only that, I rushed to the store to get the umbrella 90 minutes before my company was due to arrive for an outdoor party. The truck lift was broken, and Windel jumped into the truck and found my item for me, enabling me to get home, and put the umbrella up, with time to spare! You do not see customer service like that often enough anymore!

We were super impressed with the staff and selection at this store. We usually shop on sites like Frontgate and Ballard Design for outdoor furniture and accessories but decided to shop here because we wanted a faster delivery time. We found a high-quality cast-aluminum patio set at a reasonable price, and then the sales staff (Ray) and manager (Tina) were ultra patient and accommodating as we grew pathologically indecisive on the cushion fabric. Totally low-pressure and helpful--and a better overall experience and outcome than shopping online. This store will be our first stop next time.
