I bought a house with an in-ground pool in Millerton, NY, at the Connecticut border, and in the 9 years I have lived here I have suffered incompetance and rudeness and downright dishonesty from a number of "pool service" companies...until a friend recommended Aqua-Jet in Saugerties. Aqua-Jet personnel are totally helpful and highly informed about all matters of pool maintenance and improvement; it was like I had died and gone to heaven. I had them install a beautiful new liner (at a couple of thousand less than more local estimates) and later bought a fine pool cover, at which time Aqua-Jet closed my pool. They are consistently professional, they keep appointments, and they are friendly and reliable. Their prices for everything from chemicals to pool liners are competitive, and I recommend them highly. I drive all the way to Saugerties if I need ANYTHING for my pool. It is a pleasure to go there!

I tend to try and support local business but from now on Im afraid Ill be ordering pool supplies online. Terrible customer support and way over priced. The manager on duty was rude and dismissive, clearly more interested in selling to new customers than taking care of old ones. I bought a sump pump on the (ill) advice of a sales person that is totally under powered for the job. Tried to return it but was told "we need to call the company" which in plain language means " too bad, weve got your money so too bad for you buddy". After 12 years and thousands of dollars spent here its too bad this place cant try a little harder to take care of their customers. They could try bending the rules now and then. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else that deserves it.

We are so happy with our experience with Aqua Jet. After meeting with several other pool companies, it was refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their word and provides honest service. The folks at Aqua Jet did what they said they would do and had our pool installed in one week. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. During a severe thunderstorm, Guy and his crew even came over to check on the pool to make sure everything was ok. And when the job was complete, Guy brought my 6 year old son several pool toys and floats to get him started. We are so appreciative of their kindness.

We had Aquajet install our inground pool. They did an excellent job, very professional and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Deb was awesome and very patient with us through the whole process. Guy, the owner supervised the install and was really mindful of keeping the site clean. We recommend then if youre thinking of making the investment.
