I created a google account just to write these special guys a review. I bought a 2005 r1 from them in April of this year. I bought it 3500 above nada value because they didnt wanna haggle and it seemed like and still is a beautiful machine. In the 60 days of owning it so far just a few minor things have gone wrong from their neglect to make sure its road worthy. The first day I pulled off the lot my right rear turn signal was dangling. The peice of metal inside the rubber boot was broken and the technician just wrapped the wires around the rear foot peg. I brought it back the day after only to be met with a hot head of steam from the the fat guy with glasses in the service window. He had the nerve to go off on me stating that I dropped the bike and there Yamaha technician was hot stuff and very meticulous. My bike didnt and still doesnt even have a scratch on her. I just bought a competition werks tail light and put it in as I didnt want to come back and trigger another apergers meltdown with this character. 2 weeks later my battery died so instead of dealing with these guys I just got a lithium ion battery. Here comes the big one. A week after I installed my battery I took a ride up to Lowell bike night. Right before departure 50 of us agreed to cruise home on the highway for a group ride. Once on 93 we picked up our speed when suddenly my rear tire blows out. Im lucky I recovered from that and kept her up fellas. I knew they were lying when they told me my tires were fine but I didnt think anything this catostrophic would happen so soon. Turns out both tires were so dry rotted on the inside that one popped and the other was ready to. right now I just finished bleeding my brakes because I had them throw on some galfer stainless brake lines and theres air bubbles in them. What ever you do avoid these guys, I can picture their work crew now. Probably looks something like the show workaholics. Im gonna go make sure they didnt fill the motor with olive oil, you just make sure you step on the gas if you see that sign on rt 1. UPDATE: bike ran really hot and I put 1000 miles on it so just to play it safe I changed my oil. So much sludge came out of the engine when I unbolted the drain plug. I hope karma gets these assholes and they wreck their bikes.

The purchasing process was a hands down great experience. Once the 500 mile mandatory service was needed, things went south. The service department couldnt care less about "service." I called to check on the status of my 24k Indian and was told they were washing it. When I picked it up the bike was filthy and unwashed. Im hoping they performed the service. A trip to the parts counter the same day was another treat. I was looking for a 3/4 helmet. The parts "guy" originally was helpful but when he tried to "upsell" me a more expensive helmet things went south AGAIN. He basically told me I was an idiot for getting a cheap helmet then went on to detail how I was an idiot for not getting a full faced helmet. Asking for the correct size was also and inconvenience as he seemed bothered to have to go "upstairs" to find the helmet. Once I made the decision to go with the "cheaper" helmet, that he didnt approve, he just walked away from me and told me the price was on the tag. Guy was disrespectful and insulting. If I didnt need the helmet I wouldve gone elsewhere. Really disappointed and most likely will not return to this dealership. Thought these guys were different based upon the sales process. Clearly this business is too busy collecting the cash at the point of sale to care about how the customer is treated.

My husband bought a Cheiftan 2014 and he loved but wanted a full touring bike. So he upgraded to a Roadmaster 2017. He also had 2 friends with him who also purchased Roadmasters. He picked his bike up in the spring and was please with the fact they had done the recall. We went out for as many rides as the weather allowed when 2 weeks ago he went to start it and it would not start. Moms came and picked the bike up and he had it back in a few days with a new battery. Well the battery was not the problem we rode 2 weeks and then today it would not start again. We took a ride up to moms in the car to talk with the owner. Jim is a very nice man he took us in the office and listened to all the issues and right away he was having someone doing paperwork to pick it up and have it looked at on Monday. We are truly impressed with the service and the kindness of the owner of MOMS I would recommend everyone looking for a motorcycle or service to check them out... Mark and Donna Brown

I have bought 2 bikes from MOMs. On both occasions i wasnt there to actually buy a bike, but couldnt turn down the deal I was offered. None of the crap other dealers do. They will let you ride the bikes as much as you want BEFORE you buy or even talk numbers. I once bought a brand new $22000 Harley at a Harley dealer and they wouldnt let me test ride it! MOMs will give you a great price for your trade because they sell so many used bikes They dont just send then to a wholesaler. Im buying all my bikes from MOMs from now on. This time I traded 2 used bikes for a brand new Victory. I was worried about how I would get both bikes there to trade them in. The manager told me dont worry about it. Just take the new bike and well figure out how to get the trade later! Can you imagine any dealer doing that? No wonder they sell so many bikes and have so many happy customers!

Terrible customer service. Worst experience I have ever had buying anything. They treated me fine until I gave them their money. After that there was a delay on everything. I had to wait two weeks to pick up the bike after buying it because of a delay on the engine gaurd that they said would be done a week prior. After I got it and rode it a bit I noticed the clutch fluid was low. I took it in they filled it up no questions asked and said everything was fine with it. After a few months of very light riding I notice the clutch fluid is getting low again. I take it back in to do an oil change and check the clutch and it turns out the clutch piston was faulty. Not only did they sell me a bike with a faulty clutch piston but it took them more than three weeks to fix it! It is a good place to go and look at bikes. See what fits and all but do not buy a bike there.

I bought a used bike. It was supposed be seviced but after I spend a half hr removing fairings and brackets I saw they didnt replace the very dirty air filter. The bike had 12, 770 miles on it so the filter should have been replaced. While I had the fairing apart I also topped off the very low coolant. What is worse, I took the bike to a kawasaki dealer for a recall and they discovered the rear brake caliber screw, the one that keeps it attached to the bike was almost completely backed out, I was moments away from some serious damage. It was a good experience other wise but dont assume the service department did there job or that management followed up to insure the service department is. All they did is clean it and change the oil.
