Our wonderful experience started on 3 July and on 23 July our beautiful baby "Boris" was brought to us in New Mexico, all the way from MA. Dimitri was the first person we spoke to and he was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. Afterwards, he put us in touch with Darrell, again absolutely wonderful. Darrell helped us with the MANY questions and changes we made once selecting our Gear Up. Then we dealt with Cheryl, and absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable lady in the financing department. We also spoke with John in parts, this quy knows everything you need to know and will help you find what youre looking for. All in all, every step of our purchasing process was amazing, and when our "Boris" was delivered to us, my day was absolutely made.....Ivan, the delivery man, looked EXACTLY like my little brother Tony. To make it even better Ivan was just as wonderful as my little brother. Ivan and Roman very carefully unloaded our "Boris", went through everything with my husband and I, and answered any question we had. It was actually sad to see them leave. We have enjoyed taking Boris out for our learning rides, and everywhere we go, everyone smiles and waves. As much as we love this new Ural, people around it love it too. Thank you a million times over for such a pleasant purchasing experience from such a long ways away. Your team is definitely top-notch and honestly, they all deserve a special thanks from their boss. Dimitri, please treat your lovely, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and superb team members to lunch, perhaps at Nancys Airport Cafe, I hear it is quite nice. Thank you Team Alpha, we are lifelong customers of yours!! Safe Travels and all the best to all of you, Mary and Bryan Conner, Clovis, NM

Automobiles/Motorcycles are a huge passion of mine, and I go through 5+ vehicles a year. Finding a reputable dealer that you can trust, and delivers on promises is harder than it sounds. My family is big on spending money locally, and we tried giving our local Ural dealer our business. We couldnt get them to return our calls, so we started researching where else to shop. So many glowing positive reports for Ural of New England were scattered all over the web. I was skeptical, how could there be such a place?! Intial contact was made over the phone, and Dmitry (Owner-How rare is that?) took the call. He went over every single question I had, and asked some of his own to determine what would suite my needs. From this point forward, I knew this was the right place to purchase from. The unit I was initally interested in, ended up selling quickly and they didnt have what I wanted in stock. With the 2017 models coming out in a few months, ordering another 2016 wouldnt be an option at this point. So it was either wait a few months for the 2017s, or purchase something I didnt want. Dmitry went way out of his way, and found an unused demo unit Ural had as a display bike. We put together an unbeatable deal, and he sent his crew to pick the bike up out of state, then to bring it back to his dealer to go over it, and install the accessories I wanted. Shortly after it was on its way to my family. The communication throughout the whole process was beyond seamless. Dmitry and his staff were either an email or phone call away, and promptly respond. Customer service here is honestly the best in the business. If youre even remotely considering a purchase here, reach out and give them a shot. You will not be dissapointed! They have all our future business.

I had reached the point in my 2-up riding career that it became apparent that two up on my Honda Valkyrie was risky business at a stoplight, just too heavy to adequately control. Looked at Can Ams, Harley trikes and Honda trikes but I am a traditionalist and always thought three wheeling was really meant for sidecars. Not intending to buy, only to look, brought me to Ural of New England, aka Alpha Cars. That was all she wrote: one test drive and I was hooked. They made it a no-brainer of a decision on my Valkyrie trade so I became a side car driver. Sure it was a learning curve but I am damn proud to count myself in those rider ranks, nothing else like it on the road. My Ducati still goes out to keep it limber but when me and the Mrs head out, its with a full picnic hamper, Champagne & Cognac, heated blanket in the tub, heater in my jacket, and a full set of collapsible lawn furniture....we travel in style on the back roads and dirt roads, no boulevard for me which is a good attitude with a Ural. Alpha does all my service, they are aces. Ive put a lot of after-purchase parts they have supplied plus a few of my own. Always expert work and no return to bolt it back together. And the Ural,,,,OK, not real stylish by American or British standards but who can afford that. Functionally it is a T-34, not fast but bullet proof. I follow the advice of "leave it to the experts" for all my work and keep only the recommended items as add-ons, no regrets in 3 years. My electric blue Patrol with its retro look is a real head-turner, wouldnt have it any other way. One of these days I have to go back and cut a deal on that Mercedes army truck,,,,,just the thing to haul my ural around.

A U.S. Navy Sailor, I purchased a 2015 Ural cT from Ural of New England through e-mail while deployed at sea. The sales staff was very patient with my fussing over every detail of the bike setup and accessory selection. I never felt neglected by them, nor did I feel that they were pushy. They made the purchase process go very smoothly. Ive had to submit multiple warranty claims against the bike and, again, Ural of New England has made the process painless. Of particular note are Thiago, the Service Manager and John, the Parts Manager. These two have processed my claims quickly and shipped parts immediately, which ensured that my bike was up and running in no time. Not only are they good at their jobs, but they also communicate the status of the process very effectively and are genuinely friendly, good people. New England is an expensive place to live and Ural of New Englands prices reflect that, but what you cant tell by browsing their website, looking at prices, is the top-tier service that youre getting for that price. These are people that, as far as I can tell, genuinely seem to care about their customers satisfaction and experience. Despite having multiple Ural dealers between Massachusetts and me in Virginia, I will definitely purchase from Ural of New England again in the future.

I bought my Ural patrol in April. The first person I met was Dmitri whom was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He introduced me to Darrel that was one of the best sales man Ive ever met. He was helpful and honest. No high pressure sales tactics. Just treated me like I was a friend. After all, we have a mutual admiration for the Ural. Then I met Marian and she got me financing so easily. It was like they just want to help you and they did all of the leg work. I live in CT, and the DMV is run by the devil. Darrel took a special trip to get my bike to me and get nearly everything done on a rainy day. The issue I had with the DMV had nothing to do with Darrel and it was straightened out in 3 days. Thiago helped me with adding some custom parts and they came out great. If I cant do the work on the bike, you can guarantee I will be having them do it. Thiago has been great with any questions and putting add-ons to the ural. Owning a Ural is like owning a Ferrari. Everyone looks at you, everyone loves the bike, and everyone wants to know all about it. The bike is beyond fun. The people at Ural NE (alpha cars) are the kindest people Ive met; And the bike is awesome! You must add a Ural to your collection of bikes. Kevin Hansen
