For A Abco employee, my Reference #741079 I purchased 2 drive shafts for my 2 trucks. Received them in time, clean them up from mud put new paint over the rust, gave to the shop to install it. Got the phone call that they was 2 inch longer. Didnt believe that Denis could be wrong on sending me shafts, ask them to verify again - and shafts was wrong and different (all cost me $150, I have receipt) Company refuse to take back or exchange, saying that its not theirs anymore. Also in their "policy" (was not discussed prior over the phone) customer must pay shipping for the part even if they send wrong part. So they could send you anything they want (by "mistake") and you will have to pay back the shipping. I wish I would spend time BEFORE reading these comments. Owner refuse to talk to me over the phone, so I had to contact BBB and city licensing department. Waiting for the answers from them. Stay away from this "business".

Was looking for a bumper cover for my 2000 Honda Accord Coupe and found A-ABCOs website. As soon as I got on the site, Theresa asked if she could help find a part in a chat session. She quickly found the part I needed, was able to send pictures and the price was good. I asked her to hold it, she gave me a quote # and I drove to the yard. I was brought into the yard to look at the bumper. Wow! Everything is organized on racks. I am very happy with the entire transaction, great salvage yard! Thanks

I have never written a review before but felt I had to today. A-ABCO is a wonderful company. From my first phone call to the end of my truck repair they were honest, helpful, knowledgeable,, and respectful. Chris in the main office was extremely understanding and patient with me as I described the problem with my truck. As a woman I dont always trust auto repair places but Chris and the team went above and beyond to help me. They have my trust and respect. I highly recommend them!

I checked the website online said they had the part I needed. Went to the fridley location and the desk worker told me it was at the spring lake park location. He even checked to see if they had the part because he didnt want me to go there and them not have it and waste my time. When I got to the other location where I was told the part I needed was and they said the they didnt have it. It was very disorganized and they lied to me. Thank you for wasting my time.

Bought a used Explorer muffler and exhaust. Did not fit my truck as the pipes were different lengths. Didnt have the right one in to exchange, so was going to sell it back. They used the excuse that it was special pulled and sold As Is. This is fine, but why you wouldnt you want to buy it back then resell it? There is nothing wrong with it. Apparently the owner of A-Abco doesnt enjoy making money. After several years of business, I will not be returning.

THIS PLACE SUCKS BUT THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF PARTS. We usually order a bunch of parts from them. Anytime you have to make a return they make it impossible!!! You need to have receipt even though it is saved under our name. Then when we tell them we have the receipt and all the numbers they still want you to fax the actual receipt. They want to charge for delivery. I will give them one thing, they have most parts.

They have; Great Hearts! Cheap Parts, great prices! !and, great people ! It is very easy to get to, and they are always nice on the phone,and in person. I have rebuilt a car that was totally wrecked using parts from them! Im still driving the sa mn vehicle. They have used tires, good prices and csr stereos for $10.00 bucks

I work here and many of the things people say arent entirely true our policy on returns is explained all employees run threw a check list and if you miss something you will get talked to and if you do it again you get ritten up

The new location needs a lot of help the returns are really slow when they are backed up some of the employees looks like they dont care about their job or they have no motivation to get things moving

I would give it 5 stars if they had at least 4 more employees. The wait in line is excruciating!!! But, once you suffer thru the que, the staff that are there are super friendly!! Especially Kelly!!

Place is a joke i have been running. From one store to another store for 2 hrs still have not gotten my part right. And im from a shop glad to see tyis is how we get treated Go to lkq or aaa auto.

Called in, asked about a part, drove all the way to the shop, after that, they sent me to the warehouse. Turns out they dont even have the part. Waste of time.
