I had two appts made 2 weeks earlier for my son and I. We arrived on time just to wait over an hour with no word on how much l longer it would be. I called in advance to see how long the appt would take as I had another appt to go to afterwards. I want advised of him running behind from earlier and had to leave without service and no accommodations to reschedule due to the inconvenience. I signed my child from school early for this appt which ended up never taking place. Unacceptable.

Scam alert!! We ordered glasses for our toddler and the lenses fell out twice. The second time we went back they were rude and tried to charge us almost $200! We promptly left and went to a new place that stated the lens size was too small for the frames and sold us new lenses for a fraction of the cost. Buyer beware!!

Great customer service. Sunset Vision Center always has a great variety of deisgner frames (Gucci, Oakley, Lacoste, Ray Ban, etc.). The cost can range from $160 for an Oakley frame to around $300 for a Gucci frame. I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Sunrise Vision Center is the reason why you should stay away from the "big box stores" !. They will always do whatever it takes to make things right! If you want customized and personalized service for your eye glasses then Sunrise Vision Center is your place.
