Gypsies’, Tramps, & Thieves! Run away, keep driving, don’t go there & don’t even look their direction. They are total Criminals! I went there and got a quote yesterday for replacement lenses. Alece Mair quoted me $615 for the lenses alone without the frames. I went to another Optometrist only a mile away and got the same lenses for $340 and he gave me an extra coating that Alece did not include. Once again if you go there you will get ripped off. The Doctor Rosalie is a GEM, very professional. Get your prescription and run to a different office. I love the Dr and her staff but did find out that I could get the same visit for $15 less where I actually bought my new glasses. Its too bad I was impressed with her but wont be coming back. She should get away from LensCrafters entirely before they ruin her reputation.
Please do yourself a favor, do not go to this store. Worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. First you will be waiting until your dark hair becomes grey, WITH appointment. The staff by the ophthalmologist office really dont have any clue about what they are talking about. They will say one thing on the phone, then when you show up, "oh, what i actually meant was this". If you want to test your patience, please go here as they will push you to the limit. Otherwise, STAY AWAY, AVOID this place at all cost. You are welcome!!!!.
Ive been here a couple of times for minor repairs on my glasses. I like that they dont charge for repairs and suggest that instead, you make a charitable donation. I cant think of anywhere else that does that. I do find their selection of glasses to be pretty limited to the very average style. I know that their frames are, for the most part, inexpensive, but it would be nice to see more in the way of style choices.
The doctor was great. The lady who was trying to sell me glasses wouldnt stop talking long enough for me to explain what I was looking for. I got so frustrated that I got new plain lenses in old frames and walked out. last years experience wasnt much different except different sales person. Dont ask me a question and ignore the answer so you can listen to yourself talk.
Tracey is awesome, and I highly recommend you request her service. The same cannot be said for the other team members there - they dont appear to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. Additionally, despite the 30-day guarantee, they appear quick to dismiss your concerns, instead of to hear your real world experience and provide you the adequate options.
Stay away...If you need a professional eyeglass center this is not the place to go. I spoke with the Stores General Manager Alece Mair about my issue and the only thing she seems to be good at is placing blame on the customer. Hey Alece lets find a solution to my problem instead of deflecting.
My wife and I had our glasses made in this store and we both regretted it , we are very dissatisfied with the service that was provided .Our glasses are almost useless , we can see better with a 10.00 Dlls reading than the prescribed ones that we got from them . We do not expect to go back
I bought a glasses broke the frame with 4 months of use they said they had to have insurance to change. Only 4 months and no factory warranty?
The doctor is excellent. GREAT. I did not use the lens crafters part, only the optometrist.
