Horrible experince, purchased an suv priced over $24,000 claiming it had 2 working DVD players. After contacting them almost everyday to get it resolved and being told by Andy they would "make it right" Dave told us the DVD players were working when they sold the car and we must have broken them in the few short hours we had possession of the car. I called them that evening and left a detailed message explaining the issues we were having. Andy told me numerous times hey would repair the chipped windshield. He also said he would ship us a headlight since it was a ford suv and they were a Chevy dealer. DO NOT buy from here! Dave said if the title work hasnt gone thru then we can return the car and thats what we will be doing! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
Went to this dealer to do business, and not just blow smoke. But was very disappointed with sales staff we waited 15 mins before we were even greeted if thats what you want to call it! My wife said how are you to one of them, and they didnt say a damn word. Then got I to an office and kept putting down my vehicle I was looking to trade and low balled me like crazy, when I just had an offer for like 2000 more from buckeye Ford. Was making wise cracks and laughing in my face, and to be honest Im not laughing! Im not going to go and tell people not to buy from these people... But it was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership.
What ever you due, Do NOT buy a vehicle here. Our transmission went out 12 days after purchase. The owners told us it was not their problem. Over a hour away and didnt care that it wont run. This is the first and last time I ever buy from a dealership. Family of 6 needed a reliable vehicle that needs 2000 to 3000 worth of work to the transmission, now sits in the driveway with 30 day tags on it that cant be driven. Thanks for taking advantage of us Dave Kehl Chevrolet and how you took advantage of our family.
Purchased automobiles and trucks from Kehl Chevrolet for 42 years. Buy direct from the owner. At other dealers you will not deal with the owner. Always sales people that are not experienced. Why go anywhere else to buy new Chevrolets when you can get the best deal here. I have been saying this for years. If you are from Newark or in Columbus a lot like me and want to buy a new Chevrolet then drive here like I do to buy. I feel better and more at home here. Gary Alan Scott...
Anna went "above and beyond" in her efforts to provide detailed information on the vehicle that we were looking for. Her positive attitude and timely efforts to provide us the data that we needed are what made the difference. We had already tried to work with two other dealerships before talking to Kehl and the approach of Anna, Dave, and the rest of the team are why we choose to buy from Kehl Chevrolet. Driving the few extra miles to Mechanicsburg were well worth it!
I worked with Andy through email before my visit, and it was a very good experience. I got a quote for GM Military Pricing and no one around even in the Dayton / Columbus area could come close to the price. I was a bit worried that when I came into the dealership I would get told, well you dont qualify for this rebate or that. The price I was quoted in email was the price I paid, very good experience, price couldnt be beaten. Bought a new duramax Colorado.
I purchased a new Chevy SS sedan from Andy over the phone and then flew out to the dealership within a few days. Before I even arrived(They arranged someone to pick me up at the airport!) they had the car ready for me out front, most paperwork was done and I think I spent a total of 15 minutes in Andys office just chatting..next thing I know Im on the road back to Delaware. Probably one of the best dealership experiences Ive had.
In 2004 I bought a new chevy silverado from Dave the owner, how often does that happen. The reason I stopped was a friend of mine bought several trucks there and said this is the only place to buy your truck. I now have 150000 miles on truck an thinking on another new one. Thanks jerry. Ps He took off standard bed and hooked me up with a flat bed for hauling equipment.
Great experience here. Andy worked hard to get me what I wanted and it may have taken a while but he never gave up. Went here because my father bought all his vehicles here as I was growing up..... happy to carry on the tradition at Dave kehl . Thank you Andy it was great working with you!

They dont negotiate on prices because their prices are "pretty good," they dont reply to emails, and they wont send you specific pictures because the salesperson "has eyes" and can just describe the details to you via the phone.
They could not have done a better job for me. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. Exceeded my expectations. Low pressure, answered all my questions, quick and easy process. Andy was a competent proffessional.

Good selection online but everytime i go to the lot to find the vehicle im looking for its never there. Thats happened 6 times now.
Was upfront however dually I looked at was beat up pretty good and wasnt willing to negotiate with price and trade in at all
