Not recommended at all. My wife and I visited to look at an S6 they had listed online for weeks; it had just arrived that day (claimed) and we had to come back in a week to actually look at it and test drive it. Fast forward one week and the car is great, but the salespeople still sucked. Our salesperson said theyd hold a car with a deposit, then we were told be the manager that they dont. The salesperson kept saying "Its a rare car from the south" as he completely forgot that I told him the prior week that I can go pick one up. When I reminded him of this, he got obviously upset. We werent able to take the car without a salesperson (inconvenient as we cant discuss things privately) but whatever; he promised to shut up. Barring directions, he managed to stay quiet for a short while before he started talking again. He and the manager kept referring to the car as being really pretty and fast. These are things we knew going into it, and it was bothersome to be constantly reminded. Additionally, being informed that there are multiple inquiries on the car doesnt help a sale; it only irritates the customer. The pushy tactics dont work on us and we decided to walk. Unfortunately it wasnt the car that had an issue; it was the people. I did get a laugh out of the 4 box pricing sheet, though. I asked for a price and the salesperson brought this back. I noticed the payments were WAY high and asked "What interest rate is this?" "Well, you see here, this is the monthly payment based on putting different amounts down." As he was VERY obviously avoiding answering my question, again I asked "What interest rate is this?" "I....dont know" Well, I pulled out my calculator and figured out that they were quoting us a 13% interest rate off the bat (no credit run). Its a very obvious sales tactic that they use to make you feel oh, I cant afford this car and then they encourage you to run your credit and then when the payment drops by $200/mo, you get excited. There were a bunch of other little things that just added up to a poor experience. Additionally, the person behind the number listed below refused to even give me their name or role in the dealership. Spent two days texting only to confirm what I originally thought. The responses here are shallow and only an attempt to make the company look good. They dont actually try to resolve anything. Fun fact: I bought a better-equipped car with 7k fewer miles for $5k less including shipping and an inspection (from TX, just like theirs).

This dealership truly makes the car-buying experience an enjoyable one. We met Ernie as soon as we entered the dealership parking lot, and from that moment until we walked away with a new lease on an ATS 2.0Lt, we had a great experience. Ernie was upfront about the features and price of the ATS we wanted and, after only a few tweaks of the lease, got us into the car for the price we needed. Nothing about the dealership or its salepeople disappointed us--we felt everyone was honest, inviting, friendly, and eager to assist. That aside, the true value of this dealership--putting aside that the new vision of Cadillac (particularly the ATS) is brilliant and the cars could sell themselves--is the extraordinary service. Ive purchased everything from a used truck to a Saab 9-3 Aero from a multitude of dealerships, and Crestmont impressed me the most (and thats even considering the strange Saab dealership ritual of draping a Swedish flag over your car until youre ready to drive off; they pull the flag off like theatre curtains opening). Not only will they pick up our ATS for service when were in the Cleveland area, but also they allow free access to their car wash system (a blessing in Clevelands winter), gave us a very fair deal on the leased car we turned over, searched far and wide for the exact model and features we wanted, and allowed us to use an ATS as a temporary car until they located our ATS. Perhaps most important is that, so far, when they (particularly Ernie) say theyll do something, they do. Nice work, guys. Janelle and I are lifetime customers.

As an owner of high end vehicles, I had the opportunity to work with the Body Shop of Crestmont Cadillac. At the time owned a Jaguar (that I had purchased when I lived in Chicago) and had the misfortune to have a deep scratch down the passenger side of the car. When I called State Farm for a list of body shops that were "Direct Pay" from the insurance company. I found that Crestmont Cadillac was listed among the many others. Having purchased cars from Crestmont, I met with Gregg Vavrek (Body Shop Manager), who made me feel confident with their capabilities. From the moment that I dropped the car off, I felt like they were in complete control. Throughout the entire process the communication and handling of the situation (even when a few "hick-ups" occured along the way) was exceptional. I was a little concerned when it took a little longer than expected for the repair to be completed, however I was delighted when I found that the reason for the delay was because they had determined that to get the paint exactly "right", they had to start over and then paint the entire car. (Who does that?). When I came to pick up the car, it looked brand new. They had even taken the time to detail the interior as well and I left being more than satisfied. I think a better word would be delighted. I have since moved back to the Beachwood area and as such, Crestmont Cadillac will be my auto dealer of choice. I even found out that they will do service work on vehicles other than Cadillacs. All in all it was a great experience.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! At least not a used one. I bought a 2013 Infiniti QX80 from them, and they sold it to me with $1,800 worth of repairs that needed to be done. It would have been at least $2,000 more had I not bought the extended warranty which I bet they were counting on. They completely scammed me. I initially made an appointment to go see the vehicle, but when I got there it was conveniently at the Infiniti dealership across the street for a recall. And then they conveniently offered to drive it down to me if we made the deal. I never got to drive it before purchase. And also coincidentally, it took them almost a month to get the signed paperwork back to me and only after I called to say that I had never received it. I notified them within days of purchase that the vehicle was shaking when I hit the brakes. Then a few days later that it was leaking oil. This was due to the recall. Crestmont never dealt with the oil leak after it was returned and then sold it to me like that. When I informed them of it, they told me to call the Infiniti dealer myself even though I wasnt the owner when the recall was done. It also needed new brakes and rotors and control arms. I live in PA and the vehicle wouldnt even pass PA inspection. Both the Infiniti dealer that repaired the car here in PA and the one in Ohio were appalled that Crestmont sold me the vehicle like that. They said that a vehicle would never have been sold to someone off their lot like that.
