I took my 2011 Street Glide into the service department because of an oil leak. At first the service manager told me that it was residual oil from an oil change and then a little later in the conversation stated "a little oil is normal". None of the new bikes in the showroom are leaking and neither did my previous yamaha or Honda! At my insistence he took it back to the mechanics. They replaced a seal and declared it cured. I drove it home (22mi) only to discover the leak was still there. I have to question if they did anything to my bike or if they are incompetent. Neither are acceptable. To add insult to injury I called back and voiced my concern and frustration. I was told that I could take it to another HD dealership if I was unhappy. I will! As tough as things are these days one would think HD of Greensboro would try and give some customer serve instead of lip service. I was wrong to trust them and you should be careful when or if you deal with them. As for me, I will drive past them and take my business to Burlington or even Durham if they

We had a really wonderful experience at Greensboro Harley Davidson. When we arrived, it was pretty busy. It gave us some time to look around at the place. Then shortly after, we were greeted by a woman named Angie. Angie was very pleasant and professionable. We loved her energy! She was very easy to work with and we both were very comfortable with her. She took the time to listen to our needs and was very helpful with our selection. Whenever I texted her to ask a question, she was very quick to reply back and was sure everything was answered. We tried a few different bikes, and finally decided on the right bike. Reed, the manager, was also helpful. They both were extrealy patient with us. Taking extra care to be sure we were happy with our decision. I would like to mention that we were here way after hours, and not once did we ever feel rushed! When we arrived to pick up the bike, a day early, it was ready, clean and beautiful! Thankyou Angie and Reed for all youve done. We would recomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Harley.

Bought a new 2016 Ultra Limited and love it! Reade Fulton is the sales manager who made it all happen and it should be noted that he made it happen when two other Harley dealerships couldnt. Another local Harley dealership wouldnt even replace a defective Harley coffee cup I had after I had bought a motorcycle from them....WOW they blew two sales since then over a $15 cup ! Harley of Greensboro took in two of my bikes on trade and went beyond all expectations to make me happy and certainly succeeded! Parts and accessories staff were great also and Im sure service will be when I need it as this store is properly managed. I just cant say enough good about my experience there! This is my ninth Harley purchase and without a doubt HD of Greensboro has earned my business!

My bike as been with them for 2 months. And I was told it would take 2 weeks for repairs!!! We went to pick it up and my new pipes had chips and so did the frame!!!! Called today and now they say my bike is going to cost me $3200!!!!! THEY have taken "NO" responsibility for anything that happened to my bike while in their shop...and saying I have to pay for someone messing up my bike in their shop!!!! The man we talked to even called me a lair when I told him stuff was missing on my bike. I showed him a picture of my bike then he talked to the guy working on my bike and it was sitting on the shelf!!!! HE FORGOT TO PUT IT BACK ON THE BIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I AM THE LAIR.....I WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE HIGHER UP

This dealership sucks. "Hog" best describes these people. They think that when you take your bike in to sell to another person, whom you have already done the selling to, that they are to take all the credit. And they definitely charge for it. Dont get suckered. They never told me that I wouldnt get my money but that I had to sign over my title anyway. They couldnt understand why I was mad that they hadnt told me that and that Id have to wait on my money. I know theyd never do that. I couldve financed the bike myself, but the person who I sold it to wanted to finance it so that I could get my money right away. HaHaHa! Harley-Davidson of Greensboro is a joke!

-I had a great experience at this dealership. They listened to my needs closely and the delivered on a great bike. The customer service cant be matched at any other HD dealer I have been to in the area. They have a large used inventory for every rider to choose from. Angie, my salesperson was excellent. She was very knowledgable and made the purchase very smooth and fun. She even followed up the day after I signed the papers before I picked up the bike ! Reade was also a great listener and delivered on all my requests. I will definately be back here for my next bike and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a Harley.

I originally made an appointment with a closer HD Dealer to take care of a recall. After a month of not getting the part, I stopped at HD of Greensboro. Frankie in service made arrangements to pick up my Triglide and the whole job was done in a few days. I was in Chattanooga when I got the call to pick it up but Frankie said no problem, well take care of it till you get back. What an awesome dealership. They have my business for life. By the way, I was so happy I had my 1000 mile check up done early just to give them the business. See you guys at the Spring Party.
