Sales guys are awesome and always have been !! Matt the owner I a stand up represents black just Harley Davidson and youll want to go back just to buy a Harley hat, or accessories etc!!!! Very nice girls and guys that work there !! But my family and I have over the years never bought any bikes from any body but them parts and accessories included !! But I was there try to buy a 2003 100th anniversary fat boy I like old can I say !! Lol my sales took me in the office to the closer salesman this guy when I walked in his office never stood up to introduce him self never cracked a smile went rt into what bike are you looking at ready to buy it give me a minute he said pulls it up said thats 10500.00 I said I like old bikes Ive been shopping hes like ok !! We are not other harley shops I pulled out my cash I said knowing what three other shops are selling them for I I offered 7000.00 and again that the high side of what there selling for but I wanted to say got yet another bike and still giving it local !! But this guy Ill post his name he is not one you ever want to remember as a nice experience at the Harley shop !! Said I set the prices Matts not going g to help you this is my job Im not selling no bike that cheep Im like but there three others at three other harley dealership they all even have leather bags, windshield,short sissy bar and the screaming eagle motor with half the miles his response go ahead we are not them !! Im like dude you represent Harley Davidson he never smiled all this is it Ill take 9500.00 plus tax or you can go somewhere else omg I wanted to really tell this guy off but didnt the owner was not there he was at a dealership show but will be back Saturday yep Im going back and Ill promise you one thing I will not go back in that dry personality, he calls the shots !!! Lmaoooo not in this life time Ive been in lots of Harley dealerships and he is the first one Ive never had anything to say bad about someone at a Harley shop !!! Girls and guys at black jack harley Davidson keep your heads up keep smiling you guys are all awesome but that guy he belongs in a back cubicle at a bank someplace or a mortgage company so he can be the man !! Lol where he doesnt have to deal with customers this guy is bad for your guys to have to work with and Ill bet you you sales are down !! Yes Ive been in business for my self sense I was 25 now 54 an one of was a bike dealship in Florence suzuki of Florence and another in Myrtle Beach scooter and cycles of mytle beach yes I had over twenty used Harleys on any giving day !! Sorry but glad he never worked for me he wouldnt have been there long !!! 5 star shop but with that guy I just started dropping !!

Very disturbing that they were serving beer and of course a lot of the motorcycle drivers had them in their hand, drinking them. My husband witnessed a guy in the bathroom that was very intoxicated. We are totally against drinking and driving that includes motorcycles. ( We ride ourselves). Also not great that they do not offer military discount. Their prices for clothes are a lot higher than other stores we have been to all over the US. Very disappointing visit, dont care to give this store any business in the future

I just LOVE this place! Great ladies who work there! We always can strike up a conversation on any subject or anything. Loved it at Christmas time and wonderful lady helped me pick out the greatest gifts all on $60 dollars and was able to get 5 things for my husband all cuz she help me budget even with tax and they wrap it for you too, beautifully!
