A temporary setback over 550 miles from home exponentially increased my respect for the Customer Service of Indian Dealerships. Thank you A&A Cycle/Indian Motorcycle of Latrobe for getting me back on the road in less than an hour. Special commendation to Al who fielded my phone calls & Luke for driving out to the Red Robin parking lot and replacing my battery on the spot! Professional from the beginning to the end! I wrecked my Victory in May-2013 I took it to a shop close to my home for the insurance estimate-it was clear to me that they did not have a clue so I took it out to A&A Cycle Al senior was great to work with-he found many things the first shop in Tarentum missed completely. He spent time interfacing with the insurance company to get me properly covered and reimbursed. The first shop really blew it. This place is great!!!!!!!! you can trust them.
