I was sold what was described by the label as a ROOR. The product I received was not by the manufacturer in question, and instead was a product of an unknown Troy Glass. Upon discovering the mishap I attempted to return my unused piece calmly, only to be cursed at profusely, and told the illegal misrepresentation of a product due to laziness on their part was not only sensible, but in fact my fault for trusting the associates. Truly the worst experience Ive had in the customer service industry. Not only this, but the 50% mark-up on nearly all products as opposed to neighboring head shops is quite absurd. Legal recourse will be followed shortly. (In response to "owner") I explained clearly over the phone that there were demarcations, and these did not match it line with the manufacturers, which was in fact the grounds for my claim. We spoke for approximately 5 minutes, most of which consisted of you cursing for lack of words, and certainly lasted nowhere near an hour. Next, you told me the ROOR pieces sold for well over $300 at your shop at best (which you havent carried for quite a while you explained), so it certainly was not mislabeled. You additionally informed me that yourself, as a head shop employee, was lazy, and this is why you misrepresented the product as a ROOR and was unwilling to change a basic label. Lastly, in response to your retort that the products sold for the same price, this clearly isnt true as we have both previously explained. I do thank you, though, as you do a good job of arguing my point for me P.S. Find the Waldo where I mentioned $50

Went in this past Sunday (10/16/2016) and had the worst customer experience of my life. Usually the staff is really cool but Id never seen this guy before. Big white dude with a ton of hair. Asked him to see a couple pipes. He gave me a hard time for not knowing the name of a glass blower. Asked him if one of the pipes was glass since it had felt different than the others, and couldnt have been ruder about it. He literally tossed it onto one of the shelves with pipes on display to make a loud glass noise to show how stupid my question was, on top of his rude remarks. Then mumbled weird under his breathe as I left. No matter how dumb my question is about your products, your job is to answer those questions. Needless to say, i wont be going back there.

John (owner) is an Amazing glass artist! Ive been a fan of his for 5 years. In that time the quality of service has taken a DUMP. Trigger is an idiot and has no idea what hes talking about when it comes to glass and he has no clue what customer service is. Ive always been impressed with consultative approach this shop takes, but after seeing the unqualified personal increase here over the years Im not going back. The Glass House and Smoke N Peace are WAY BETTER OPTIONS! I want everyone to enjoy your life experiences!

This place sucks. The little Chinese man is very rude and arrogant. The other bad reviews here are true. Go to Glass house down the road. Or get on Preston Rd. They have 4 smokes shops in the same block. (Smoke and Chill, Cloud 9, And two of the sex stores have glass/smoke supplies. The Spot and another one I can remember). These guys dont deserve to be in business.

Its weird to see any negative reviews for this shop. Everytime I go visit, I find a wide range of choice on products. Compared to the other shops around the Garland-Dallas area this shop has great price options. The only reason I even bother to leave a comment was actually because of how happy I was with my product and service yesterday. Thanks again, Asylum!

Outstanding local glass selection with terrific pricing, I have been going to these guys for more then 7 years and they are always growing and expanding. The employees are a great group of people who blow glass themselves. They have great advice and knowledge of the glass industry. Check them out! Must visit!

Not only do they have awful customer service but their stuff is way over priced compared to my usual smoke shop. I asked them a question about my glass piece and the guy literally cursed me out for no reason, it was like they all had anger issues. These people are crazy and simply rude. Never coming back.

What a great shop! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They always greet customers with a smile and are willing to help even if they dont have the item in the store. Cant say enough about Asylum. They have my business for sure.

STAY AWAY!!! There are too many other decent shops with actual customer service. Watch what you say VERY carefully in this place...I actually think its a front for DEA now that I think about it. Place is pure trash.

Eh generic head shop a little pricey...a few years ago it was alot more inviting not shure what happened but they had a speciality item i was looking for so thats cool!
