I went to this particular smoke shop multiple times before and I had become a bi-monthly regular customer. The two main employees there had both come into my work before and experienced my customer service and most of the times that I had gone into the shop before, I had been treated like a welcomed guest. The guys there knew me and had seemed to like me for a while and they knew I was a faithful customer but one day I went in to look around and I wasnt in there for more than 10 minutes when the man at the register, the same one who was usually very welcoming, told me to leave the store if I wasnt going to buy something. I had come into the store that day with the thought in mind to buy at least a $30 purchase and bring in some good business on a slow Saturday. There were 2 other customers in the store and he told me to get out. I tried to explain to him that I was looking around and I was about to buy something but he just told me to get out again. Since then, I have not returned there and I have only heard more stories about how the same employees have been kicking out young customers for no apparent reason. I would recommend Super Smokes directly behind this business because they are friendly and dont kick anyone out.

Let me start by saying that I have only been to this shop once so my review is based on a small sample. I arrived with my girlfriend at 8:55 on a Thursday night not knowing they closed at 9. Upon entering the shop two employees were talking at the register and one turned to us and said: "Do you need something? We are leaving in three minutes." Obviously we needed something if we came to the store. We usually go to Mr. Nice Guys but recently moved to Waite Park so we thought we would give this place a try. We were looking for Hookah Shisha and they had a mediocre, at best, selection. The fact that we were first time customers and that we didnt plan on spending more than two minutes is the worst part about this experience. We left without buying anything at 8:56 and headed straight to Downtown to Nice Guys where the employees dont treat you like youre an inconvenience. We will never go back there. When the prices are almost identical around here on tobacco products the only edge a shop holds over another is the selection and the customer service... This shop has neither.

Always have Large Bags of product on hand. The price is very well set for the consumers and sometimes during the checkout, or end of sale the staff will knock off a couple more bucks off the total when Im purchasing 3 large Bags at once every month. They tend to recognize the regulars and I think thats where they try to give us a little more discount here and there. Lets not forget the free Bic Lighters also when you buy some tobacco products. Also has great pricing on the tubes. Will get 2 of the bulk packaged tubes (4pk of 250 ) and will normally last few months. The staff has always been friendly and in some instances informational. For the most part its more of a walk in head to the right, grab bags and tubes , pay at register and out in 2 minutes..... Purchased 2nd Gen Cig Roller here at a great price. Its been running strong and hard now just over a year and its one of those purchases where its a " No Brainer" . The 1st Gen Roller was a joke and failed miserably compared to this 2nd Gen Roller .

Stopped at this store recently to buy some cigars. Fantastic selection and pretty decent prices. Better selection than most stores I have been into. The clerk was also very friendly and helpful. I do not live near here, but I will definitely stop here again the next time I am in St Cloud.
