Extremely rude woman that either works or own the place. I went in with a friend when their power was out apparently and she rudely demanded to see our license (Ive been asked at many places of business and smoke shops for my license and it has always been done with respect and courtesy) she snatched it out of my hands and forcibly gave it back to me so I just laughed to myself and she went berserk and screaming at my friend and I using profane language and calling us fags. So we left as she was threatening to call the police on US. This happened maybe 3 years ago when I was in school at UTA and to this day it astounds me that a place of business would treat a potential customer that way. I have no idea who she is but I would advise anyone not to spend any money at their business. Theres a special place in hell for that woman.

My god guys this place is mind blowing. This place has millions of things to look at, Starting from hookahs to jewelry, tobacco, shisha, Amazing glass room in the back. Also the prices are unbeatable, I yet havent been to any smoke shop that has such a great selection including prices. The store is stocked with literally 1000"s of pcs of body jewelry plugs up to 2"inches wood, glass horn bone you name it they have it a wide selection of dangles belly rings, industrials, monroes, hemp jewelry blown with glass pendants. I was in shock looking at the posters and tapestries. my friend tats and bought the entire kit for under $175. The glass tobacco water pipes, hand pipes, Fuji and vapir one and iolite hand held vaporizers. The staff is very friendly and greet you as you walk in. Definitely recommend this shop. 5 STAR.

hey, its a nice store they have various selection, . The pipes are rightly priced, thats What i think. i did go across the street to pipe dreams, i did even go to PPV they didnt have much of a selection and had high price. this is what i feel. the only problem i have out there is with the sales person, he is rude he doesnt know how to talk to people. I think he is the manager there, he call him self GP, I heard him telling the other customer to keep quite and listen. He really needs to learn customer service, but the other dude was cool, he gave me some discount and took care. well other then this place is great.

Bought a torch here & 3 (THREE) days later my torch breaks (I did EVERYTHING to fix it) so I come back into the shop hoping to get some help from the woman who sold it to me & I dont know? Maybe return/exchange my BROKEN item. But no So I walk in explain my problem the shop keeper at the time tells me Im SOL & they "dont do returns". Therefore I was out of $40 I spent on the torch, the torch itself & my valuable time. So I will be buying my new torch & taking my business to Gas Pipe on Collins. They always go above & beyond to satisfy the customers & work through any problems or issues that come up.

This place is a joke, I think the 2 positive reviews on here are the owners of the store. Everything in this store is import crap. Low quality made in factories where no one smokes, you can tell! Oh, and if you want a fake ROOR, make sure and check them out. I asked about it and the employe made up some BS! What next, fake oakleys? And..... Overpriced..... lol I saw a Tube I bought across town for fourty bucks priced $99.95. Save your time, this store may as well be pipedreams across the street, go only if you wana buy crackhead stuff!

The punk that answered the phone had an attitude about me asking questions and hung up on me. Im not a racist but, his accent was so thick It took like 4 go arounds because I thought he was saying phones when was saying pounds. But thats alright. Well see if the punk will turn into a trick when I go ask him in person. Update.... Yeh he just fell all over himself when the 6 foot 4" inches 320 pound shaved headed guy walked in wearing overalls and looking like Jason Vorheeses younger larger neither asking who answers the phone.

So, I walk into the place and would like to take a picture to send to my wife to give her an idea of the selection. I take out my IPhone to snap a pic, and the lady behind the counter jumps down my back like I had tried to steal something. This lady is nearly yelling at me over the fact that I was just taking a picture in her store. Besides the HORRIBLE treatment by the staff, virtually every hookah bowl on every hookah was at least chipped and some were badly cracked. Avoid at all costs.

I am here with my friend to buy hookah flavors since we have less knowledge on that we asked the girl who was working there and she suggested flavor which is actually good but she charges us $25 where as other store charged me $10 for the same and the coal she gave us is the worst i have ever bought and i was told it was the best i really regret going in here i hope management will see this and make some changes in pricing and also the girl working there is kind of rude

I read reviews and laugh rarely. This was the hardest I ever laughed. Beyond helpful and kind staff. Never had an issue in the 3 years of going. Then again, I walk in with a smile and show respect. Its easy to be happy once happy. I have found their prices are far better on certain items and often competitive with most other items. See for yourself. Just dont walk in with a bad attitude.... Anywhere... Or youll be writing bad reviews all day.

After seeing the other recent bad review I thought I should share also. This review is not a reflection of their products but just how absolutely horrible the treat their customers. I frequent a lot of smoke shops and Im a current UTA student. After how rudely I was treated as a customer there I have since been putting up flyers around campus to warn and dissuade others from going there.

This shop is great! A great selection in jewelry and pipes. I was greeted and helped right away. Unlike other smoke shops, they dont try to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I loved the glass pipe from there, and the nose ring I got as well. And to top it off, there discounts and the prices beats other smoke shops!

This smoke shop has such an amazing selection, while I have been there my friends and I have interacted with a really kind lady who was kind enough to spend time showing us different water pipes and pipes. Overall amazing store and for all UTA students it is right by campus and a must for your smoking needs.
