Update. Negative Stars. It has been 7 months and I still dont have my furniture. I have taken 10 days off of work to receive delivery. Each time something is missing or broken or the delivery people simply dont show up and then pretend that they did. The delivery people have also hid damage to the furniture and then accepted a tip. The senior management has no control of this company. They try to help but the organization is so broken it cannot be fixed. I wouldnt be surprised if this chain is out of business by the end of the year. Old review: If you look on yelp you will see similar reviews to mine. After I signed on the dotted line for a very large purchase, I have received some of the worst customer service of my life. I cant believe how disorganized, unhelpful, and rude the sales people at this store and the delivery people at the warehouse in Ohio have been. The furniture is nice, but dont count on it for many months, and maybe if you expect to be misinformed and misled from the get go, you might have a better experience than I did. Oh, and the phones at this store never seem to be working either.

Very beautiful but pricey!
