This was the place we started out our puppys first ever shopping spree, then he got his basic obedience training done here and finally pretty much all of his supplies comes from here. The aisles are properly stocked and the manager is also pretty cool to yield to customer requests. They do have a vet hospital connected internally and most of the staff are well informed and friendly. But recently their trainer Cory has left the store (heard he got posting with the army) but since then the training aspect has gone down drastically, I see the new trainer has not up-to the mark skill and is a rookie in this area. They have got some very senior staff who are not tech savvy and hence are unable to handle the register properly if a little complicated things like gift card redemption comes into play. Overall, I still love this place for their friendliness and cleanliness.

I have been coming here for 3 years. Their policy changed a couple months ago and I understand that and they follow a new procedure. I have 3 dogs one of them is really nervous and hates getting her nails done. She moves around a lot and sometimes needs to people to finish the job. But this time they didnt finish the job. Keep telling me about the dumb policy. Then why didnt I have problems this whole time!! Called corporate, then the store manager calls alls I get is Im Sorry. Had to go there 2 times and the job didnt get done! Poor customer service. Only picking up dentastix and worms for my bird and thats it.

The store itself is great. Lots to look at and a great variety of toys, food, and supplies for pets. The staff is always friendly too. I took my dog here for training classes. The trainer was good but I dont feel I got my moneys worth to be honest. Im not a fan of Banfield Vet inside. They use scare tactics to get you to buy a ton of extra services you dont even need. When I became a first-time dog mom I walked out worried thinking I needed to spend a ton of money on my puppy. I was more than willing to but luckily I asked around and did my research. I didnt need half the stuff they told me.

My wife and son loved going here to buy our cat food and look at all the animals. My in-laws were in town and we all decided to do some shopping. So we stopped at the pet smart store. While we were there we watched them grooming a puppy being that they have SEE THREW WINDOWS and the groomer was giving us dirty looks. We were being respectful and not making noise or touching the glass. It was super obvious she did not like it. Total buzz kill. I asked to speak with a manger it was if she heard this before. We will never come back to this store. To bad were all animal lovers.

At first I really enjoyed brining my pup to the groomers at this location, but then every groomer my dog liked left. That left me with inexperienced groomers. Two out of the 6 couldnt handle him, and one actually told me to come back when his regular groomer comes back in 8 months. Way to handle customers!!!

They are great place to shop if you have or are looking for a pet. They offer puppy dog grooming & Benfield Hospital for your pets. THERE IS NO DOGGY DAY CARE! Why is there no doggy day care!? That would make this place THAT much better. My dog is known here & she loves the treats!

I really enjoy the friendly and helpful atmosphere at the Tracy PetSmart. Its a home away from home, as I have several pets, and I find most everything I am looking for. Its always nice to be greeted with a smile.

Tracy PetSmart prices are a few bucks higher then competition products but they have the largest selection compared to anyone. They provide safe toys,quality food,and friendly staff.

Prices are expensive but great selection and normally short lines. Customer service is good. Sometimes have problems finding someone to help within the store, but otherwise ok.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a huge variety of supplies for any type of pet. I love the Pet Perk program and have saved a lot of money using it.

No wonder they always have openings with the prices they charge! Refuse to pay $65 for a Yorkie bath and cut when I can drive to Manteca and get it done for $35
