I came in to buy some supplies for a stray kitten I decided to rescue and the cashier greeted me with a smile, listened to what I had to say, and then he got me another associate to assist me with selecting proper food. She advised me to take the kitten to a vet and mix a bit of canned wet and dry kitten food for the first meal. I left with both advised foods and am very happy with my visit. Its nice to see enthusiastic and friendly young associates for once.

Rude fat lady. She made my 5 year old daughter cry because she touched her papers up at the cash register. Her exact words, "dont touch my papers! What are you doing messing up my papers?!" Really unfriendly staff and sorry my daughter moved one paper out of place and you have to lift your fat fingers to fix that one piece. First time there and last time.

Went in today and all I could smell was old dirty dog and it was super hot/stuffy. Was looking at the reptiles in the back and one of the snakes was dead! None of the reptiles/amphibians had water and there was a veiled chameleon that was WAY too big for the tiny box they had it in. It was longer from nose to tail than the container was.

I like this place because they pretty much sell everything I need and its really close to my house. Id give it 5 stars if they sold merrick pet food because thats what my younger cat Savannah eats. Daisy eats blue freedom so its not a problem because every pet store sells blue.

This PetSmart no longer exists! I went there today and it was gone. Go to the PetCo on Douglas Ave. instead if you want an alternative thats near by.
