I needed a part for an old car and didnt have all the information about it. The person looked it up and didnt want to sell me something that wouldnt work so I called to get the missing info instead of guessing, like I first was going to, before wasting money on it. Then, the other attendant helped with information on it and explained how to return it if it didnt work and how to get a deposit back. Great experience.

Thanks for being open! This is an unusual review because we stopped when we were in desperate need of a windshield wiper while driving to Blue Mountain in the middle of a snow storm. They were the only place open in an effort to help those out in the storm plowing and doing snow removal. So happy they were open because everywhere else was closed!

Have to give a shout out to Autozone on Rt 145 in Whitehall. Needed to exchange a my car battery. They couldnt change it out because it required moving components out of the way (which I completely understand). But the gave me the tools and battery to do it myself in their parking lot. No hassle at all, done in 5 minutes. Staff is great there.

Luke D went out of his way to help me replace a headlight. But then Jonathan S came out to lend a hand. They got the problem solved in 30 minutes flat. I was extremely happy. We shared a Papa Johns pizza. And then I was left with a feeling of eternal happiness when Jonathans hair started blowing in the wind. Ill definitely be back.

Customer Service is Terrible,hope they find someone who appreciates there job soon I will not spend another penny here after having to deal with the subpar customer service repeatedly. Hire some people with skills,human relations,and most of a common courtesy. Good luck AutoZone. You will need it

After a bad brake booster, several bad alternators, 2 starters in one day an now I stand at register watching these dudes taking people who came in after me look up parts when all I needed was to check out I will never go here again. At least they speak English unlike airport rd!

Part we were looking for wasnt available at this location. The guy didnt seem to understand what we were asking for initially but later discovered the part was in Allentown. Overall a clean and nice location with disappointing results and experience.

Prices are okay, been there multiple times where basic items have been out of stock. The last time I was there for a blinker bulb for my Chrysler, and they were out of stock aside from their overpriced LED bulbs. Had to go to Walmart.

Usually they have the parts I need and have been good looking up information but lack enough employees when cashing out. I try to go Sunday mornings or close to closing during the week when its less busy.

Typical pricing, friendly staff but just always seems understaffed. The cash out line and the technical help lines get confusing. Two lines form and theres usually only one person to help both.

Only some of the staff is knowledgeable enough to properly navigate their database. Nobody is rude though. Certain parts seem to be out of stock too often.
