This is my second purchase from Stan McNabb. I bought a 2012 mustang and was very happy with my sales man Kevin Ferguson. So I knew I would return when I decided to trade my car. Kevin made buying a car a very easy and fun experiance!!!! He helped me get a great car with great rebates due at the end of the year!!! Kevin explained everything on my car so I could understand and enjoy my new car with all the fun features!!! James Robinson was very helpful with my trade, obtaining my great warranties, rebates and helping me with financing. The guys in the service dept are always very nice and helpful. Owning a car and getting it serviced, to buying a new one is a great experiance at Stan McNAbb Ford!!!!!!

Last Saturday 2/18 I brought my 2014 Edge to Lyons Ford for my scheduled Oil Change and Wheel Rotation. I was pleasantly and professionally greeted and checked in by Mark. I was shown to the amazing waiting area and offered fresh coffee or cold water to drink. The rest room was very clean and smelled GREAT! The TV was on a channel that I enjoyed and the wait was short. Connie Amos stopped by to ensure that I was having a pleasant experience and even wished me a Happy Birthday! I cant say enough Great things about this business and recommend that yall schedule your Ford for service when needed here!

We experienced a "warning light" indicating a problem with the airbag/seat belts. We called the Service Department and were able to get our 2015 Taurus in for repair immediately!!! Took car for inspection. Said back hatch was inoperable but there was nothing wrong with it. Said it needed plugs and wires, coils sit on top of plugs so no wires........ Im thinking they charge for work that doesnt need to be done.
