I went to purchase a living room set for my great grandmother and was told that it had to be ordered in from the warehouse which should take no more than 2-3 days but someone would keep me abreast of the progress. After 4 days an no communication from the store I called in to get an updated. I was given the run around by the customer service representative that answered the phone. First she told me to call the warehouse which I did and the line continued to ring busy. After several failed attempts I called her back and she then made up the excuse saying the system was down and that someone should call me by tomorrow. If that was the situation that should have been stated when I first called in about this matter. Which leads me to believe that it was a lie. Since I have was not able to get in contact with the warehouse I requested that she did and call me back with an update. Her reply was well if I have time Ill see what I can do. I was beyond done with her blatant disrespect and went to the store after I ended the call. It was amazing to see how much she had to say over the phone but did not utter one word in front of me. It was even more surprising that the another worker had my ticket and told me that he would call me within 30 minutes. Which I did receive a call stating that my delivery would be made on Thursday. Its almost 9pm and nothing has been delivered to my home Ive been calling the store all day only to be told that the delivery will definitely be made. The driver should call at least 30 minutes upon arrival. There was no was for them to call the driver or provide me with his information. Contd... My delivery was never made yesterday nor did I receive a call from the driver or store saying why. Ive been on the phone with both the store and the warehouse. First I was told that the drivers truck broke down and 3 other deliveries including mine are still on the side of the road. IF they can get the truck working again my order would come today. Each driver is an independent contractor which has nothing to do with why I wasnt notified of this yesterday especially since I called through out the day and each person confirmed my order. So I called the store for an updated only to be informed that my order wouldnt come until Saturday. This is utter and complete bullshit! Im blatantly lied too about how soon the order would be delivered to my home. Im disrespected when Im calling in to get an update about my order. Then the driver does a no call no show. They just rescheduled my order with out one word. I requested for a manager to call me and was told that she doesnt come in until 1pm well its after 3pm and nothing yet. After much back and forth I was told that the order would come late today. Its not like its free delivery or Im not adhering to their policy and procedures. Of course I cant get my money back. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, A HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. How do you argue with a customer when your salesman, customer service rep, and delivery driver are in the wrong. I have never ever had to deal with such horrible service. I will certainly inform others not to come here at all. I will NEVER spend another dime in this place.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I received a call saying my delivery was on its way. A full week before it was supposed to be delivered. Wasnt expecting it hadnt put my old one out yet. They argued with me up and down as to when it was supposed to be delivered Which was 2 weeks after the purchase and it was a whole week early. Told them to bring it when it was scheduled. I was advised by my sister who also had a bad experience with them to call and verify the delivery. Went to the store confirmed the delivery for the 3/4/2017. My sister told me no call the warehouse , they do the deliveries. So I did. I called they guy said werent you delivered last week? I said no it was for today. Mind you the store already confirmed that I was on the schedule for the day. He said OK and put me on hold. Came back on the line and said we had special ordered one of your items and it has not come in yet. I said how is that possible when u called to confirm the delivery last week? He placed me back on hold then said he was going to call me back after found out the full story. He called me back about a minute later and said sorry that was what he was first told. Also the trucks were out for the day already so my delivery would not be today. Eventually scheduled my delivery for 9-1 Sunday. They came at 5:30 pm without all my items and said they were only told about the dining room not the living room. I called the store immediately and was told I would receive a call back. During all of this nothing has been communicated to me as to why they are late or whats going on with my other items. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FURNITURE MECCA TO ANYONE. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE NEITHER THE WAREHOUSE OR THE STORE KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. On top of that I was promised payments would not be due till 2 weeks after the delivery date. I was informed by the leasing company that they were notified that the living room was delivered. (On the day I was called to confirm) ****2 weeks later the saga continues**** So after calling them every day for the next few days being promised that I was going to receive a call back every day. We finally set a date for 3/18/2017 received a call that morning saying delivery scheduled for 1-5. It is now 730 pm as Im writing this and no call
I had a very very very horrible experience with furniture mecca.I came Feb 13 2015 picked out some furniture the guy said it takes 2 weeks. I didnt have my place yet so I called back a week in a half later with an address that I move in march 5th so my furniture could be delivered. I call the warehouse to check on the status the lady said next week the truck will be coming in so I called back the next week she said the next week it will be coming in so I kept calling everyday she said Tuesday march 17th it takes a day to make sure everything is in good shape. So I called back Wednesday to set up my delivery date for Friday march 20th they said delivery time between 11-7. Friday get here they call around 6 they get there bring in my furniture I realize my head board and foot board set up is missing so I call the warehouse for them to tell me that something was wrong with it so I asked why was I never told that if yall got my stuff Tuesday yall never called and said anything they was full of apologies but the guy said Monday or tuesday. Its now Monday march 23rd I call the warehouse she says her boss will be coming in later and the system is down she cant check the status but she will have someone call me. 2 1/2 hours later I call back the perso you need to speak to left for the day she will call you at 8 when she get in when I know she wont call they are very UNPROFESSIONAL and I dont recommend them to any one
