Three years ago, I’d purchased a top end leather sofa and chase lounge that began to fall apart within two months. I’d say it was used gingerly. As the legs and support gave way the entire sofa began to become wobbly , thus causing more damage from the unstable base. Right now a have a 2x4 supporting the sofa until we can get someone to make the repairs to the arm and base.

Go down the street to another furniture store. This one is BullShit! Terrible customer service, dont even bother with a warrenty because its a run around getting anything fixed. Theyve lost by business for life and I bought $15k worth of furniture. I hope youre lucky enough to see 2020, Raymour, because youre not winning any new fans these days.

I will never purchase another thing from them. My boyfriend and I ordered over $3000 dollars in furniture and months later, we are still waiting on it. Beware: Printed and promised delivery dates on brochures mean nothing to this company. They will jerk you around.
