In 2008, I bought a Vulcan 900 LT Classic from NE Ga. Motorsports now with over 56,000 miles on it.They made the purchase easy. Doug, the owner has always been friendly and fair with any and all purchases I have made there. Brandon (Parts Dept.) is very knowledgeable and will do what he can to help find and get the parts needed. This is a family-owned business and being so, they cant stock every part for every machine as some reviews have complained about. However, they have always had the parts on or before the day they said they would have them. Whenever looking for a machine or parts, I would give them a visit or call. I would recommend doing business with this locally and family-owned business.

If youre in the market for a Kawasaki or Suzuki motorcycle, Doug is the man! I walked in empty handed and he took care of everything from financing to insurance quotes in less than 3 hours, I had my new motorcycle the next day. Lee runs the parts and trade-in desk. Hes a straight shooter and will go over everything with you when youre trading in a motorcycle, unlike some others which promise great trade-in value then attempt to flip the script on you at the last second (Im looking at you, Mountain Motorsports.) I greatly, and I cannot emphasis enough just how greatly, recommend this place over Mountain Motorsports. Now if only theyd sell Yamaha!

I recently purchased my first bike with help from Ken. It was a really wonderful experience, absolutely no pressure, no rush at any point during the whole process. He answered all my questions, offered information about bikes, competitive pricing for bike as well as extended warranty and options to choose from new as well as used bikes. In the end I settled with a 2016 900 Classic which was home delivered for me. I will surely be reaching out to NGM when I will be ready think of an upgrade.

No pressure, ken answered all my questions. If he didnt know the answer he didnt try to "BS" me, he found someone who knew the answer. In short, ken sold the bike, he didnt try to "sell" me! All the people I worked with were great. One important thing, if a bike is on their web sight, its on their floor! More than I can say for a nother dealership who has several stores in our area. Honesty means everything!

Have many visits there. Many to parts counter. All behind the parts counter have always been very friendly and knowledgeable on OEM and aftermarket parts. Same for service. Always know when and what needs to be done. Always give you a straight answer to your questions. Great place for parts and service for my Concour14 and just for a fun visit to check out whats new on the floor. Never a bad visit.

NGM is a First Class Dealer. Best prices without the add-ons etc. This is my 3rd bike purchase in the last 3 years. They keep me posted on new bike availablility and always have a nice selection. My daughter recently bought a Mule which they will go pick up for services etc. Keep up the great Job! Tom from Jefferson.
