George, What can I say about Chuck that you don’t already know? He is one heck of a sales guy, you should keep in around forever. He has been trying to get me to purchase a new bike from him for over a year now, so I thought I better do it so he will quit pestering me. I told him I would purchase a new bike in March of 2014, so he went ahead and ordered a new one for me in November 2013. After it came in he called me and told me he had a new 2014 Police bike in. This was only December, and then he sent me three text messages with photos attached. I am not sure I needed the photos while I was stuck in Chicago working that day, but it did get me to hurry home so I could go see it and sit on it. Well I don’t want to say too much about Chuck for fear of his head getting too big to fit through the doors so I will move on the rest of your team. Parts, to Pat, New Tod? Or is that Old Tod, Not sure any more, to What’s her name on the end with the dull knifes, and the young kid on the left. They all know how to find anything I am looking for and make me feel like I am the only customer they have and they can take all day if I need them to. The Parts department is awesome and I always feel like I am coming home when I talk to any of them. O, let Brandi know I really do know what her name is. Thank you Parts Goddess and your team. Can’t forget motor Close, I don’t purchase too much from this department but I do stop and talk to them every time I am in there. It is always nice to know they are thinking of me, One time I walked in and was told that they purchased two sets of Billiards (Pool Balls) because they needed one for the store and thought that I needed one also, so you know I just had to get them for my Harley Room and my pool table. Thank you Ladies you are all sweet. Service, Dave and Tim, and what is that other guy’s name that doesn’t do anything anymore now that he has been moved into the office to hide? Is that Mark? Dave and Tim you guys always know what I should be doing to keep my bike up and running even when it seems I don’t have a clue what I am talking about. Thanks guys you are awesome keep up the good work. I do a lot of traveling and whenever I see a Harley shop that I haven’t been to I like to stop and get a patch but I always remember the best Harley Shop ever hands down now questions. And last George for you. Wolverine Harley Davidson would not ever and was not ever the same without you, Please don’t ever leave us again. Wolverine Harley Davidson is what it is because of the team you have and I think right now you make have the best team in the USA. Thank you so much for what you do and how you treat us as customers and it shows in your people that you have working for you. O no, WHAT, I forgot about Chris, I can’t forget about Chris he is the only guy I let work on my bike, mainly because he is they only mechanic I know but he doesn’t need to know that, and he likes Guns. Thanks Chris you do awesome work keep it up. PS. I Love you All

I recently purchased my first Harley Davidson in April from your store. I raced in the AMA from when I was the age of 4 all the way up until I graduated from grade school. I went off to college and I had to sell all my bikes for tuition cost and etc... For those who understand it was a dark moment in my life. I am now 21yrs old and work mon-sat in a job that pays me very well and on the weekends I have off I felt weak and defeated with nothing to do. I needed to be on 2 wheels again!! I was at a local gas station pumping gas before work and I heard a deep thundering noise that compressed my chest. And as I looked it was the most beautiful Harley Davidson I had ever laid eyes on. I had to have it! I had too! Who wouldnt!? I asked the guy where he picked it up and he told me WOLVERINE HD. He said he wouldnt go anywhere else.. First thing when I got home I jumped online and checked out the website, checked the inventory.. And there she was! I found my bike. I called right away and MARIO answered. Now something that was crossing my mind before I called was.. would these people except me? First time buying a real road bike.. Ive never tried on leather.. I dont have a beard or a tattoo.. I have broken bones and scars from racing.. Am I tough enough? But all those questions disappeared as MARIO answered all my questions and invited me in to pick up my new bike. I was shaking the whole way there and had my gut twisting and turning, something I had not felt in a long time. When I headed in the front door it was like the entire store had known I was coming, I asked for Mario and was pointed right over to my BRAND NEW HARLEY!! God it looked great!! I could not wait to get my hands on the grips and feel the soft denim paint. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake! They led me around the store and I picked out my gear and headed into the finance office to meet Ben. It was so cool to meet such a awesome staff of people who I could actually get along with and share the same interest. From start to finish they made me feeling like a winner. It has been almost a year since my purchase and I feel that I have another family to come visit when I am out riding with friends on the weekends. I hope this comment helps explain why I love Wolverine Harley Davidson and the staff you have working hard everyday. Please pass this along as motivation.... From Nick D.

On October 30th dreams really did come true. I must say after trying 3 different Harley Davidson dealers in the Metro Detroit area Wolverine Harley Davidson came through. I was not exactly the easiest customer to finance and I did not want to put out a lot of money up front, and each time different offers kept coming in I just could not justify paying what was being asked of me. Chuck Bell was by far the best and most relentless sales associate I have ever met. 2 months Mr. Bell hammered back and forth with the fiancé department and anyone else he could annoy with the quest of getting me on a bike. Chuck not only went above and beyond in getting me financed, but also made sure I got a bike that was right for me and not just something I was willing to settle for. I believe Chuck has a true passion for selling motorcycles and takes pride in knowing he will not stop until every customer who walks into the showroom has the best buying experience they can have. With that said I would also like to thank the entire staff for my experience at Wolverine Harley Davidson in Clinton Township, Michigan. The whole tour (and I do mean the whole entire grounds, backroom of all departments, conference rooms, and storage facilities) was a very nice customer appreciation experience. The staff was outstanding and special thanks to Brandi Fowler who made a couple of additions to the bike that if it were not for her knowledge of the product I probably would not have purchased them. Lastly, thanks to Ben Martus for making the hard part (signing the financial documents) a not so nerve racking experience. Ben worked his magic, added a couple of needed options to protect me and my investment while still being able to keep me in a budget I can afford. (Tipping Hat) Take a bow Wolverine Harley Davidson you have put together a staff that knows the job is all about making sales…But, puts the “Customer” in Customer Service as their top priority. Next time you see someone smiling ear to ear on his 2013 Harley Switchback know that Wolverine really did make a dream come true.
