I carried my 2005 Hyosung GT250 in, and they said an estimate would cost $75. and if they got the repair job that would come off the cost of the repair... I asked them to just guess at it, the cost to get repaired. They didnt want to but did anyway. about $500 they said, but we will have to look at it to give you a definite answer. I said, OK.. They looked at it, with the cost of the $75, and told me (after they looked at it) its going to be around a $1000, I reluctantly said ok.. Then after they had started working on it,, they said they found something that they didnt see when they first looked at it ,,, Now they said it would be $1600,, The value of the bike wasnt even worth that much.. The bike was suppose to have been %100 worked over "everything" was to have been looked at and fixed .The bike didnt run very well after they were finished, They said ride it for a little while and it should start running better after awhile. I will admit it did run better after awhile,, BUT everything was suppose to have been worked on that needed to be.. That would be like buying a brand new bike and them telling you,, it will start running better later, grr.., and the valves still ticked,, and that was one of the main reasons I took it to be fixed in the first place .. and everything is way to expensive.. charged me $250 to re-do my fuel tank and they have brand new ones for $160 online I found later... they are crooks all around !!! Also,, It took them 9 months to do it !!! omg they could have built a whole bike by then
My husband went in and asked a few questions, they lied to him, He talked directly to manufacturer and was verified that he was lied too. The service people would not talk to him once he said he felt that they were not doing right. We will never deal with them again there are dealers in FL. that i will drive too than have to deal with this type of incompetence. He spoke to one man named Michael that introduced him self as the manager, so when my husband asked who was the owner he wouldnt even admit that he owned the business and said that the law firm next door could help clear up any further questions to who owned the business, my husband feeling that he had to report the level of service provided, talked to the lawyer and was informed that Michael was the owner.. I guess he was to scared or ashamed to even admit that it is his business.. i think that they need to stick to scooters and side by sides and not deal with scary bikers so he can actually own up to the fact that it is his business and not try to intimidate people with the term lawyer.

Michael and his new team set the bar in quality of business and customer service for Valdosta dealers. If youre military, I highly recommend. If youre looking for work I highly recommend. And, If youre simply looking for a people friendly, down-to-earth knowledgeable team to take care of your motor-needs, I highly recommend. not a fan. Bought a battery...turns out my utv had a different problem, asked for refund within two days in box, unopened, receipt...not offered refund, or store credit. a battery...really..no store credit? THIS is why small businesses like this struggle. I will never be back....will not recommend to atv/utv community. seems so petty...how do you expect to gain customer loyalty? Theres a multitude of atv/utv repair places nearby..or online shopping Screw this place you cheapskates!!! Jeez....all it would have taken was store credit to gain a bunch of repeat customers (valdosta talks) ps asked employee to ask manager..he was too lazy to come out and save a customer.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service! Substandard quality product ! We bought a new ATV from CCC in March 2017, and we have spent more time dealing with problems than we have spent driving it. The vehicle ONLY has 108 miles (27 hrs) on it, and CCC refuses to make it right. They claim limited MFG warranty. The rude young female who answers their phone clearly needs a lesson in customer service! Its been very difficult to get service scheduled due to their service dept limitations --- hours, staffing, volume. We expected to do good business with a reputable LOCAL company, but that is definitely NOT what we got!!!
Great experience, and excellent sales and service! The showroom sales people were friendly, very helpful, and willing to work with me. The mechanic took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done to repair an old bike, and the sales lady up front was very patient with me when I asked so many questions about a new go-cart. One look at the repair and assembly shop, and you know this place is a step above all the rest! I would highly recommend!
Will never be back. Have had 3 seperate occasions where they have told me cant be done one was he couldnt mount a tire on a wheel, so i did it my self, second tryed to charge me 130 dollars for a seal kit i paid 40 bucks for (exact same kit.) And just today was asking about a 50 to 150 swap, said it cant be done, also said he had things to do and hung up. They obviously dont want your bussiness so dont take it to them.
I went into CCC Powersports last week looking at side by sides. The personnel were very knowledgeable able what I was looking for and very nice . Bought a 2014 Gt650R from them literally because the customer service was so good. Great service. They go out of their way and make sure everything is done right. Good kind people. Service department is also great. Ive brought up both of my bikes and never had a problem. Definetely recommended!
Out of all the shops i visited around this area this has to be the absolute best! They are clean, honest, and efficient! They make you feel like family and are always helpful. Definately come here if you are looking to buy a motorcycle/atv or have one serviced!
