These guys are great. Mel was terrific, and went way out of his way to get me into the car I had my eye on. The car is excellent. I have had it for a few months now, and it was a steal. (My apologies, Mel, for not getting this review out sooner.) Trimax was the only place in Hampton Roads that had the exact car I was looking for, and it was for less than the fair book value. I drove their car first, then drove all over the South Side to try and find a comparable car. After a while, I just said, "screw it, Im going back to Trimax" and that is all she wrote. I took a test drive again, but I knew I was going to buy the car from them. They were honest, respectful, helpful, nice, and did I mention honest? Again, thank you.

My experience at Trimax Auto Group was the best in a long time. We have been searching for a vehicle since February and our quest was over the minute we walked on their lot. The staff was very helpful even after closing. They allowed us access to the vehicle and answered all of the many questions we had. The staff kept their word and provided excellent service. If all car lots had customer service of this stature, car shopping and purchasing would be much easier. Trimax sells quality cars in great condition. I would like to thank everyone at Trimax Auto. After all my research I decided to purchase a vehicle from Trimax Auto. I was interested in 3 different ones. Every single one was certified. All serviced vehicles. I paid slightly more than another leaderships vehicle but conditions of the vehicles were not even comparable. They just had cleaner vehicles than any other place I have been to and the Salesman MEL and finance manager MIKE were very VERY helpful and most importantly polite and clean. I was looking online for a new car and ran across a nice BMW at Trimax. I went in that day, test drove it and bought it the next day. Couldnt have been more of a smooth and painless process. Mel is great, a nice smile to meet you at the front and I will probably always use his BMW mechanic from here on out. Already had the car in for new halo bulbs and they replaced them no questions asked. I am very impressed with my experience!!! I would suggest Trimax to anyone!

THANKS MEL AND TRIMAX, TREMENDOUS SALES PERSON, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, ARRIVE LATE AT THE DEALERSHIP AND EVEN THOUGH MEL WANTED TO GO HOME HE GOT THE DEAL DONE DUE TO MY BANK NOT HAVING THE PAPER WORK STRAIGHT. Its really rare to find EXCELLENT SERVICE across the board from the sales person, management, service team to the owner. EVERYONE went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
