Stay Away! Bad salesmen, problematic cars. Beware! Beware! I came here to buy a 3 series BMW I saw advertised online. The dealership is clean and has a large sales lot. I met Craig, my salesman, and asked him to show me the 2 3 series they had in stock. He pointed one out and drove the second around, but said nothing about the cars; he provided no information about milage, condition, number of owners, nothing. I chose to test drive the 330i. The car was badly misaligned, obviously leaked, had a cracked headlight and dead foot pedal, broken temperature gauge, broken nav system, cracked seatbelt fixture, discolored front seat (from a water leak), rotted seals, and had electronic problems AMONG OTHER PROBLEMS. As my father and I examined the car and started to point out the issues and ask questions, Craig said nothing, backed away and walked back into the office. When we went into the office to see the Carfax report, Craig refused to print it for us (he only allowed us to see it on a small, dark laptop screen), and then quietly mentioned that the car had a rebuilt title. (Read: car was in accident, totaled, then rebuilt.) This would explain the water leak! Craig should have been much more upfront about the car and its condition. I was extremely disappointed that the dealer put a car in such poor condition out on the lot (and for such a high price!). Bottom line: STAY AWAY from this dealer.

A joke of a dealership. Stay away from these guys. Put a deposit down of $10,000 and they sold the truck to someone else. Never called me to tell me. I believe they were trying to hide the cut electrical wires in the front bumper to the other person that bought the truck. They assured me the truck was mine and would fix the problem but think they did not want to fix the known issue and would rather pawn it off on another buyer. Also tried to get me qualified for more money then I needed and screwed me over. Not a reputable car lot in my honest opinion. Dont believe they ever intended on being forthright with me. Reading the Google reviews when I found this out made me happy I did not buy from them in the end.

Turns out they have a beautiful selection of construction vehicles and trucks passenger vans and much more. However they spend much time trying to attain the vehicles before they ever are repaired and repair them themselves at their body shop. They attain them before Insurance reports having been into any accidents so the Carfax comes up clean. Watch out for what you buy here, have a professional Body Specialist inspect your vehicle. I learned the hard way and Im stuck with the van that was much less than what they told me it was. They made promises to try and make it right but they didnt! I pay attention to much detail, most people dont do that. Some things are too good to be true. Do your homework.

Do NOT Buy Here! I am so frustrated with this dealership. We bought a pre-owned Yukon XL Denali from them about 2 years ago. At the time, we asked for a CarFax and we were told it was clean and it was shoved in the bottom of our paperwork. Today, we went to trade that car in on a new Escalade, and the Cadillac dealership tells us there is a huge accident on the Carfax. We went and looked in our paperwork and they had given us a FRAUDULENT Carfax!!! It makes me sick to my stomach for what this dealership did to us and if I can save anyone from buying a car from them, I hope this review helps. Stay far, far away!

Horrible. Cars are patched up and problems covered over. Nothing but problems from our envoy denali since we bought it. They have yet to fix all the problems or fully come through with promised items. Will never go there again.
