I was looking for a 2 seat fun convertible sportscar to take to our Florida house. I found one online at Warwick Autopark in Lititz, Pa. Since we live in Lititz, I went over to take a look. Ryan was very accomodating and Chips followup was most appreciated. They were very fair in the negotiating process and offered me a very fair deal for themselves and me. In the end, we decided to acquire a car in Fla to avoid shipping & registration issues. That said, if you are looking for a good quality vehicle that will be fairly priced & where the Dealer will stand behind what they sell and service as well, then these guys are for you. First class operation! Update: Ryan, Chuck & Chip kept in touch & answered my many thorough questions with a smile. I am nothing if not thorough! As a result of their diligence & fairness, I purchased a 2 seat convertible MB SL 500 R from them even though I will have shipping expenses to our Florida house. They were very easy to work with, responsive & made it hard to say no thanks. They earned my business and deserved to get it. If you are in the market for a a car, I highly recommend you stop in see them. Thanks guys!

One of the best places to have a car shopping experience! Their selection is the best quality used vehicles you probably cant find anywhere else, a great facility to do business, and most importantly great staff to make it the great business it is. Mike Ulrich was one of the best car salesmen Ive ever worked with. Doing business twice with Warwick in the last year: VW Jetta was first, then diesel gate was exposed. Went back for an Audi A4. Both times Mike was extremely helpful so I could purchase both vehicles. He has genuinely looked out to help me receive these vehicles while getting me great warranties and great payments. I prefer to buy cars used, broken in and past the new car problems. Warwick is THE PLACE to do used car shopping. Their knowledgable techs also put great work into both vehicles and even helped to quick fix the rear center console on the Audi before I left. Lititz PA may seem a little out of your way, but theres no way you could regret checking out Warwick Autopark. Last week I bought a used 2011 Mazda2 there from Mike Ulrich, with help from Chip Herr the manager, and couldnt be more satisfied: excellent condition little car, great out-the-door price with no mounting fees, OUTSTANDING attitude. Everything was can-do, completely competent, efficiently business-like, and absolutely hassle-free. I drove over 100 mi. from Annapolis MD on the strength of how good Mike was on the phone. I dont regret a single minute or mile of my trip, and wont hesitate to make it again next time Im in the market. These guys have really figured out how to be dealing in cars. Theyre proud of what theyre up to, and they deserve to be!

I dont trust just anyone to work on my cars. I trust this place. The service manager is an honest, straight up guy. The techs come out and tell you what they found, or ask how to proceed with things. This is exactly what I want from a service center. Let them know a few days in advance, and theyll even give you a loaner! They will get all my work except warranty work (because I have no choice). Total price never has been more than initial quote.

Dealer quoted $900 to $1000 for a replacement of pinion seal on my rear differential. Warwick quoted $600. Actual paid to Warwick was $488 based on actual labor vs estimated labor. These guys are honest and do great work. i.e., they could have charged me the full $600 and I would have never known it took them less than was estimated. Ill take my vehicles to them for major mechanical repairs going forward.

Awesome dealer ship, I had a great experience with them. Their prices are great, they only deal with quality vehicles, they have a full service shop with some really great deals. I would highly recommend them they are not a used car dealership that jumps on you the second you pull in the lot and they dont try to sell you the car they let it sell itself.

They sold me car with faulty clutch brake, first week of car I spend 1800 fixing. The lied about spare tire, which left me stranded on highway. They lied a lot about the car so please show it to mechanic if you buy car from them. Good Luck.
