I realized I purchased a used vehicle which was sold as-is, but I was a bit disappointed that you could not adjust pricing when I discovered an additional $2000 in repairs needed, that were not disclosed on the vehicle. At a purchase price of $6500, it would have been fair if the additional repairs were not needed. I was expecting an adjustment in price, after we found issues with the vehicle, that were not originally disclosed. I was told the asking price was fair market value, for its mileage and condition, for a vehicle being sold as is. This may be true, but it would have been helpful to get a detailed list of repairs you found were needed, which was the basis for your asking price, and then be able to compare the issues I found. The offer to let me drive the vehicle for a day or two, and take it to the mechanic of my choice for inspection and evaluation, was done with the suggestion that you were letting me inspect the vehicle for issues you did not report. In this case, you did not report over $2000 in repairs the vehicle needed, but refused to offer any substantial price adjustment. I know you need to make money on the vehicle, but KBB places the trade in value at about $4900, so I feel my original offer of $6000 would have been fair to us both. I really wanted to believe KB Dodge gave me a fair deal, but this was not the case.

I never take the time to write reviews, however, this dealership deserves the biggest recognition! My husband and I have been looking for a specific car and have been to many different dealerships within the last few months. Our visits at other dealership were terrible!! They have so many hidden, unknown fees and we had a lot of bait and switch situations. During one of our searches online we found a jeep at Keller Bros, moments after inquiring we received a call from Ryan who was extremely informative and helpful. Ryan was able to answer all our questions and help us in any way he could. We made a two hour trip to the dealership and Im so glad we did! Everyone was so kind and personable at the dealership, they truly cared for us and had our best interest in mind. Dan, Gary and Ryan were amazing! No one haggled us and there was no pushing, they made us feel at home. It was so much fun purchasing this vehicle and every dealership should be like this. Everything Ryan and my husband spoke about on the phone was reflected when we got there, there were no changes in price from what the spoke about! They all wanted to help you in any way they possibly could! It was such a pleasure working with Keller Bros I look forward to doing busy with them in the future ! Thank you Ryan, Dan and Gary! What a great experience!

My wife and I had decided it was time to tow a vehicle behind our Motorhome and we were looking for Jeep Wrangler 2dr 4x4 known among the RV community for its easy towing capabilities and its off road abilities. We stopped by Keller Brothers to look at 2012 Wrangler on lot. Kevin came out introduced himself. That was the beginning of what became a very positive car buying experience. Kevin was professional, low key, likeable from the start. We explained our reason for stopping in and probably not going to make a decision that evening. Over next two days and test drives we decided to buy the Jeep. It was equipted with everything we wanted and we felt it fit our needs. Kevin could not have been more helpful, as well as Dan, Sales Manger and Gary in business office. I did extend Warranty because of Gary. All of them are a credit to Keller Brothers dealership. Being of the uh hum "older generation" I appreciated the low key approach and just right to the facts with no haggling and a lot of nonsense. Been to the rodeo to many times. Had plenty of 4x4s , well aware of its abilities and the like. I highly recommend based on my experience a stop at Keller Brothers Dodge/Jeep if your looking. Kevin, Dan and Gary were great to work with. Thanks for a positive experience.

We were looking for a convertible and most dealers would not "negotiate" through email. Found several cars at other dealers and they would not consider my offers. Keller Brothers did. They are about 2.5 hours from where I live and they agreed to my offer. We took off early from work and the car was ready for us to drive. Staff is friendly and courteous. Opened doors, etc. We felt we got a great deal and bought the car. 5 star plus rating went down because of the second key. Had the remote but was told the previous owner "hid" the key and were waiting for a picture. To make a long story short, another salesman and three managers had the picture where the key was over a week prior to me buying the car. No one bothered to get the key! I was eventually told I would have to get under the car by the trunk and it was attached to the frame. I looked twice and my son looked. Key not there. Emailed the owner about my disappointment and the same day was contacted by the general manager. He offered to pay for a replacement key if the key could not be found. Its not a money thing. From what Ive researched, about $25 for a key. Its the inconvenience and that management didnt bother to get the key in the first place.

So I went to Keller Brothers originally for a recall on my truck where I am at most dealers especially the american manufacturers seem to have some sort of issue with providing service, not good service but just basic service. That being said my initial experience was great until rcently when I needed some additional work on my truck and decided the experience was so good that I would happily go back. Called and left a message with their service department......over a week ago nobody has gotten back to me that is just piss poor period. Why exactly do you have a voicemail if nobody is planning on following up? Unfortunately I have had similar issues with all dodge dealers in the area so apparently I chose the wrong brand of vehicle as this one requires a lot to be completed by the dealers scanstar system so I am stuck but I guess they were happy doing the recall and not taking my hard earned money for things I wanted done go figure. I will say this we have both a dodge and a jeep in our household they will be the last of any Chrysler product based on this and past experiences as well. The american dealers just dont seem to want to follow through or even try to provide good service anymore.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealership DOES NOT keep their word. I called about a wheelchair van they had for sale after seeing it online. I thought it was a little strange when they said it would be 4 weeks before the vehicle would be available but they told me I was the first caller and that I would have first rights to the vehicle. We agreed upon a price and I offered a deposit. They said no need to leave a deposit that it was 100% guaranteed my vehicle. 2 weeks later I received a call telling me they sold the vehicle to someone out west. They said someone had called in and bought the car over the phone. When I kept questioning about the promise and word I was given, I was told they do not have an answer and that someone else called in and gave a deposit over the phone and wired the money. My guess is they forgot their promise because someone called in and offered them a few extra bucks. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING!!! I read through their positive reviews and seriously question them. Dont believe anything they tell you unless you see it and it is on paper. You practically need an attorney accompanying you when doing business with them.
